In the bathrooms there are black spots, mold what is a bit disappointing due the amount paid.

Nice swimming pool but unfortunately it closes at 8pm. Breakfast is not the best. The room that we originally booked wasn't anything what it looks like in the pictures, it's old and no view at all. Luckily the room wasn't ready when we checked in so they gave us an upgrade.

There were not enough plugs to run all the amenities. If you wanted to boil water, you had to unplug the TV. Other than that, no complaints

We enjoyed the pool, although the water and the pool shower were both quite warm. There were a few chairs to relax on around the second pool, and plenty of room to add more

Our room was comfortable with everything we needed. great location and beautiful rooftop pool. Resort is in the quieter and less chaotic end of a busy area. Staff were lovely, and made our friend feel very special for her birthday. it was very much appreciated.

The pools weren’t maintained you could see lots of dirty and bits floating. The rooms were also not clean there was dead mosquitoes splattered on the wall and headboard that didn’t get cleaned the whole week we stayed. The shower has terrible pressure and didn’t aim straight.

The staff were lovely and i liked the location as it was a bit more quiet than most of phi phi

A Muslim mosque was the neighborhood to the hotel, where they made loud prayers at 5 am. But there was no noise from the streets or music from the bars.

Breakfast was one of the worst we ever had. Great views from the restaurant but other that that restaurant wasn't clean and food was poor. You can't use a pool after 8 pm.

Room's are slightly dated but they do the job - bathroom was dark due to the plastered walls and beds a little hard but was expecting this from other reviews. There is a mosque next door with goes off at 5am for a few mins. We was aware before we arrived so just went back to sleep afterwards wasn't a problem for us.

Stayed in one of the bungalow's overlooking the pool which was lovely. Pools where great with plenty of sunbeds and beanbags to chill on. The hotel supplied clean towels for the pool and beach which you could pick up at reception. We had bed and breakfast but personally did not eat here as we like to eat out. Staff was friendly and always smiling. Hotel is situated in a great location just a short walk from the pier, it is around the bend which we loved as the beach was not busy at all.

About a 15min walk to the centre, clean and comfy bungalow right near the pool. Greeted to a little friendly cat every morning and when we came back was cute. Quiet but not far out from everything.
