no coffee pot in bungalow rooms. bar service good but restaurant did not always serve warm, timely, food orders. sometimes awkward to not have two keys to room.

They didn’t have basic stuff like phone in the room, electric kettle, staff was not warm and courteous, they talk rudely, there were mosquitos all around but they dint do anything about it.

My room was not in the resort but across the path and didn’t feel super secure. There were no night guards and you could just walk in from the street. The room just had a simple button lock (like you find in bathrooms) and there was no additional lock to prevent someone else with a key from getting in. The room was basic and quite rundown.

Location was good- near the town but quite a long walk to the nice beaches. Swimming pools were nice but the roof top one could do with refurbing.

standard rooms were quite humble. low cost but quite basic. phiphi has a huge misquote issue. all hotels face this issue. their Bunglows however are quite spacious and better located. pool was awesome. lovely departmental store inside the property for convenient purchases.

staffers were absolutely amazing and polite. they went out of their way to keep us happy. so sweet and active. loved them.

mosquitoes were bad, they had incense outside the rooms to try and deter them but maybe nets should’ve been provided.

the property has a lovely pool area! in regards to rooms we had one further away and was very basic with basic bathroom. more of a hostel vibe than a hotel but for what we needed it was fine. cleaners and all staff were lovely and attentive.

There was no light where the shower was in the bathroom so very dark and dingy. They left the windows open in our room so when we arrived had loads of mosquito all in our room and got bitten very badly even with heaps of citronella spray! Breakfast could’ve been a little better, warm milk and spaghetti bolegnase is not what I fancy at 9am.

The room was lovely really good size and comfortable beds.

the pool opens quite late. it should open earlier. the room had something sticky on the floor next to the wall which smelled like wet paint.

the suite we had was amazing. it was well located, not too far from the centre. lots of good restaurants nearby.

Keep in mind that the property does not have it's own beach so you will need to catch longboats to the closeat beaches. The bathroom in the shared area was nasty, the whole hotel looks like it was really legit when it was brand new but definetely needs some touch ups to be back to it's glory

The price was decent, it has a nice pool in the shared area. There is a shop nearby. The room was quite clean.

Very run down, was not informed that the main pool was not up and running, it said it was under renovation but nothing seemed to be being done. Is opposite a mosque that went off 4 times a day. Including a prayer that was microphoned out at 4.40 am. When you hear music until 2 am and laid on a bed as hard as a door, it was a bit disappointing

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, could not fault the service provided.
