Worst breakfast ever, covered in flies, warm milk for cereal, old plastic plates and bowls. Poor selection. Cockroach in our room. Room was ground floor and had a gap under the door so insects could crawl in. Very bad lighting in the room. Weak water pressure. Swimming pool was stagnant water and not many sun loungers. Room was not properly cleaned, we had to ask several times. Beside mosque which we were aware of, but noise still annoying at 5am and throughout the day.

The mosque beside the hotel woke you. The bed wasn't so comfortable. Only 1 pillow.

Building work’s going on renovating the bungalows so sometimes a bit noisy

Beautiful location, 2 great pools, big comfortable beds, breakfast with the amazing views of Maya Bay, fabulous reception staff, Hippies bar and restaurant on site, good value stack bar serving the best Thai pancakes. Efficient housekeeping providing daily clean towels, water etc. Easy walk to main beaches, pier and town. We extended our stay twice we loved it so much.

Dirty in places, no hot water in our room at first until maintenance came to fix after an hour, one particular member of staff on reception was rude

Everything was perfect, I stayed in the suite on the pool, very nice clean room. Breakfast was good. Great location, 10min walk to the pier and in a calm area. The staff is very friendly and helpful !

Pool on the roof. Super location. Market and center very close. Breakfest with view on the sea. I recommended to use boat taxi to beatiful and clean Long Beach. It is only 10min by boat or 1hour walk near sea. Very nice guy help you with baggages through whole town becasue on phi phi there is no roads and cars.

It is noisy because of the mosque, and hotel do nothing about it, you will hear noise from speakers at 5am and a few times during the day, awful

The rooms could do with window replacements and door replacements or the installation of mosquito nets over them. You can tell they have started to go this to some of the little houses but not all of them

Great location far enough away from the busiest parts but still a close walk, staff couldn’t do more for you, great pool areas, decent food in the hippie bar and restaurant,fire shows in the evening

Reception girls are so so friendly, hotel is incredibly clean. Pool always being cleaned. And the rooftop infinity one is always empty! Didnt even notice any outside noise, and 5 min walk into centre is enough to be away from the hustle and bustle and people outside your place, but not far at all to walk.

We stayed in the rooms, not in a small bungalow. The rooms were incredibly loud (no soundproofing at all). You could hear everything in the hallways and neighbouring rooms. The breakfast was poor and everything felt dirty (we had to change cutlery because the ones we got hadn't been cleaned). Most importantly, poor value for money. This place was as expensive as other places in Thailand but the quality was much lower, probably because it's Phi Phi but still...

Location was good. Quiet and away from the action of PhiPhi but close enough to everything (10 minute walk from the action).

Very good place to stay. Has 2 pools, the employees were super friendly. Close to town, like 15 min walk. Super quiet at night. Mosque is next to the hotel but I only heard the prayers at night around 7pm (I think it was around that time) but I didn’t hear anything in the morning. Also the place is close, like 10 min walk to the party beach. So if you want a quiet place, close to everything, this is a place to consider.

Great location & very good price. Staff very helpful, not much choice for breakfast but was fine for the price. There is also a roof top pool that isn’t advertised or heavily sign posted. Would stay again.

The room was very basic and there were lots of mosquitoes. Breakfast was served in the beach front restaurant which you would think would be lovely however, the reality is that most of the fresh food on offer was covered in flies as nothing had lids on. Very disappointing! Also was not made aware that the hotel was right next door to a mosque until after booking was completed and only then made aware there would be noise disturbance!

Good location near the beach and the staff were friendly.

There was a mosque adjacent to the property which blasted their call to prayer at 5am every morning, and throughout the day. Ask for a room on the other side of the hotel complex!

Comfortable room, beautiful swimming pool, good breakfast, an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the ferry terminal.
