If you have a room upstairs in the deluxe pool view, you will not get any sleep before 3am. Music was that loud you could hear it word for word.

The Pool was great and rooms were clean and Tidy. The location was great and really central to everything.

This resort was right in the middle of everything , the room was good with a nice view of the pool , everything was in walking distance from hotel which was good , it’s not actually as noisy as the other reviews say we could still sleep at night even tho it is close to bars , but a really nice resort with a good breakfast in the mornings

This place is LOUD at nights because of the music in the beach next door which doesn’t stop till 3 in the morning. We couldn’t sleep the two nights we were staying. The pool is nice. The towels are old and worn out. And the breakfast was good but average.

Extremely noisy. You will not sleep until 4.00am, the breakfast is poor. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The price is super high for what they offer.

Great location if you want to party. Exactly in the heart of the island, near to the beach parties. The employees are very kind. Nice pool to relax!

The value for money. Everything is a bit outdated and not worth the money. It is very noisy until 3 am, personally i didnt mind.

The location is on a really busy party part of the island so the music is so loud going through the night.

Rooms were small and very basic and tired. It was noisy at night from parties in the bars and from the beach.

Staff were friendly and helpful on reception and the omelettes the lady made for my breakfast were good. Pool area looked nice.

Nothing at the facility - but it could be cheaper based on the facilities and the services.

The location is perfect ! Next to the beach and all the nice beach bars for your night outs in Phi Phi Don ! Very tasty breakfast next to the pool (not many choices but with an egg station in order to make you eggs however you want freshly). Also, the staff was very helpful and the guy at the night shift was the best 🙂

Although the hotel is located near the beach, this is also a negative as there is a beach bar that plays really loud music until 3am and the Ibiza pool party is on during the day so this made it hard to go asleep. We didn’t sleep until 3am when the music went off for the 3 nights which was really annoying.

Food was average, very noisy at night so dont come here unless you plan to party all night. Lady at the swim up bar was very rude. Aircon struggled in our deluxe cabana and you have to turn off your aircon to lock the door so we had to leave it unlocked so our room was cold. A long walk from the pier but close to the reggae bar.

The staff was not friendly, and the price was high for Thailand. The value for money was unfavorable.

Unfortunately the noise from the beach party is “extreme” every night from 8:30pm to well into the early hours in the standard rooms closest to the beach. It is much quieter in the rooms on the other side of the block (we had 3 rooms so could compare). If noise bothers you then requesting a standard room furthest from the beach party is for you. If you are on a tight budget you can’t bring your own drinks to the pool.

Anita is perfectly placed right near the beach and is close to everything. The staff are friendly and take great pride in their work. The pool is great to relax in during the day. The air conditioning worked perfectly.

The rooms could do with a bit of a revamp, the noise from the beach clubs is loud. You can hear the base from the music until early hours of the morning. The bathroom could do with an update, it was clean but needs a re fresh. The view from our room backed on to what I assume were employees residence. So wasn’t the best view. But for the price gave us everything we wanted. Pictures are slightly catfish.

The location was very close to the beach, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
