Only small downside was that the rooms could use a little update.

We absolutely loved our stay at PP Casita! The bungalows were super cute and cozy, with everything we needed. The location is perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. Yes, there were mosquitoes (comes with the island life), but nothing that ruined the experience. The best part? A giant monitor lizard just casually walking through — such a cool surprise! Honestly, we didn’t want to leave... already dreaming of moving there!

Staff were super friendly and helpful, stay was comfortable and close to everything. We stayed in the building part, was great except for loud people in other rooms on the last night. We only went in the pool once, I just prefer a quieter vibe. But everything was clean and comfortable.

Great location. Very noisy late night because of next door who must have been prinking- not ideal if you are planning to be in bed by 11 pm. Also we both left the hotel with what look like bed bug bites.

Pool was okay but not enough sun lounges for the amount of guests. You will be lucky to get a space even if you get there early.

Lovely pool area and territory,you feel yourself like in a tropical garden or jungles. Polite and helpful staff Quiet location but close to the town center and nightlife Cozy bungalows,but a bit tight for 2 people.We spent most of the time outside the hotel so it was not a big deal. Low pressure of hot water in shower Room was cleaned up every day Breakfast was fine but the same food every day

The bed was a bit too hard for what we are used to.

Location was really good, easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was good and with many options. Bedroom had good space (only the bathroom was a little small). Pool was nice and had a good structure.

Clean, a pool, adults only, central to everything, aircon was very cold, but good enough. The grounds were very nice however, the actual huts where we stayed needed upgrading. We had a 70’s silver box TV which took up lots of room on the work service, this didn’t work, really would be better removing it. Apart from this it was a great place to stay during December.

Pool area was very crowded and didn't have enough spots.

Nice and clean bungalow. Great location, the beach is near but far enough so the music doesn't bother during the nights. Great water pressure in the shower. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Food somewhat tasteless and oddly arrenged in the buffet. The pool area has far too few sunbeds. The room air felt a bit stuffed.

Nice welcoming when checking in. Room very clean and all the essentials were there. Peaceful location despite the closeness of the beach parties. Pool warm and nice, nice pool bar.

I didn't notice the area where you could ask for eggs to be cooked until I was about to leave to breakfast area. My own fault really.

The beds and pillows were hard.

The hotel was a beautiful tropical oasis. Such a well maintained hotel. Whilst the rooms are basic they are clean and have everything you need. A great location on the island. Staff are lovely and happy to help.

This hotel property felt like a retreat from the busy little Phi Phi centre, yet it's right in the middle of it. The grounds/landscaping is absolutely beautiful, especially if you're into tropical flowers. It also houses insects, lizards and frogs, which sing quite loud at night. The pool area was one of the highlights for me, with ample loungers and some spots in the shade to enjoy a book from their library. The buffet breakfast with hot and cold options was delicious too.

Rooms smell of humidity. Our room had a smell of urine from the balcony as It was behind the restaurant's toilet
