The bed was very hard and there was no privacy curtain meaning you had to pull the main curtain making the room very dark.

Excellent location!! Right in the heart of everything and super close to the port for the ferry! Also right on the beach with a lovely pool.

The water in the shower was salty. But the rest of the experience was so positive that it didn't hurt anything.

I liked absolutely everything in this hotel The room was excellent, very large and spacious, view of the pool, breakfast with many options, which pleased everyone. All Hotel staff very friendly and polite. Super clean hotel!!!!

There wasn’t any privacy curtains up so everyone could see into the room when getting ready the beds were rock hard and was quite scruffy. The noise from the beach is also VERY loud if your not out every night

The bed was like a brick, there were ants all in the beds and when we complained at reception they acted quick to come and spray the ants. Unfortunately, that didn’t get rid of them and I woke up covered in ants.

The location was the only thing this place has going for it. The guy helping with luggage was also nice.

The gym was awful undated stuff, no weights at all, i love the gym so thats massive to me but some people wont use it so its not for everyone so i get why its not the best of stuff or a big choice but thought id mention as gym people dont bother here if you think its a decent gym

Beds are hard but you find this in a lot of hotels, I’m sure if you asked for an extra quilt to sit on top they would accommodate this.

The location was perfect and not noisy compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Hotel was clean with access to both sides of the island. Beautiful view at breakfast and decent variety. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help you. Would stay again 💯

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Bed was horrendous it was like sleeping on concrete, the room had a strong stench of mold, everything was wet and sticky from poor air conditioning. Very outdated and worn fixtures and decor. Extremely loud club music until 4am every night, followed by drunk people yelling and running around the hotel afterwards. Felt very unsafe as other hotel guests walk across our pool access terrace (by going around the privacy walls between each one) all hours of the night and at 3am one night, someone even tried accessing our room from the terrace sliding door but luckily we had locked it. Salt water from the taps. We spent $500 AUD a night which was absolute robbery. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The only positive thing was the lovely staff at reception. The location was also good as it was close to the town centre and the boat pier.

The rooms were very outdated, some of the things like the shower head didn't work property because they were very old. The safe was ancient, no privacy facing the other units.

Location was ideal, you could walk over within 2 minutes to you ferry ride. It was also right outside the beach from the back & the main strip. Inner courtyard pool was cool.

The room we stayed in had bed bugs - our party had a number of clustered bites that could only bed bugs. We attempted to contact the hotel to inform them after our stay and did not receive a response

The hotel still uses an old-school metal key system in the rooms. I think it's time to switch to electronic keys.

I gave this hotel a rating of 10 out of 10 for all its qualities. The hotel lives up to its slogan of "quality at a reasonable price." The deep pool is excellent, and there is an opportunity to swim in a long pool with a magnificent view of the bay. The rooms are spacious and have a kettle, and the linen is changed regularly and always clean. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfasts are excellent and there is always something to suit everyone's tastes. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and the port, and you can even hear the sound of the beach disco, which is not annoying. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

1. The beds were very much uncomfortable. I felt like sleeping on a desk. 2. The room was very dirty, the lamp was filled with dust. 3. The water coming out of the faucets and the shower (even compared to other hotels in Thailand) were very unclean and smelly. The faucet itself was green and needed cleaning badly. 4. I believe the price should be less because this isn't reflective of what we got 5. When the curtain was open, rooms around us could see inside our room. Furthermore, the room had very little lighting, so it was a very dark room overall

The hotel was close to the harbour and therefore easy when coming/going from the island, also it was central and many activities/restaurants around. The pool was beautiful. Room service came quickly when asked.

Rock hard mattress in the room. Moisture build up in the rooms caused a funny smell. No padding for the sun loungers. Loud music could be heard in the room till the early hours. Water from the showers had a salty taste. The bathroom in our room needed either a proper clean or a new one installing.

there is several night clubs on the beach and it's all you can hear! starts at 8pm until 3am! it's that loud it sounds like it's in the room with you!!

Location is amazing pool is good and lengthy bit less noisy at night compare to other places in the island. it's a good point if you are travel with family. all the beach clubs and restaurants are walking distance.
