Everything else. Beds are really hard. The shower had mold. The chairs had a little of dirty spots. The floors are constantly wet due to the broken AC in the building. Disgusting when you walk through your room. There was dirt everywhere in the hotel. The pool was gross. We paid for three nights and left after one. We demanded a refund but they only said to contact them online… The hotel says that it is a 4 star hotel but google says 3? The overall maintenance of the hotel is outdated. Be smart, dont book this hotel.

Beds were so hard it was like a prison bed. We all have stiff backs after our stay. Room smells of damp, condensation everywhere - need dehumidifier. Only sun loungers for 2 people even though 3 were staying in the room.

Hard bed, very very very tired. For the amount they charge I feel improvements could be made for example, our front door handle did not work and we did not have any hot water. The hotel was quite grubby with mould in the shower and dirty looking towels

The building needs some care and a renovation. You could see signs of wear and tear everywhere.

Location is perfect - the hotel is in between Loh Dalum Bay and Tonsai Bay. Very close to the pier too. The staff is awesome! They serve a good breakfast too.

The rooms are very very basic. The beds were very very firm and uncomfortable for us. Very poor WiFi in the room - consistently dropping out of connection and struggling to connect in the bedroom. Provides a fridge with only two bottles of water. All other hotels stayed at have provided a lot more considering tap water is not drinkable. Breakfast was limited and poor quality. We could hear the loud party music from the room. Usually wouldn’t be a problem but it could be heard until 0300 and we were doing a boat excursion and needed to be up at 0530

The property was situated in a very good location, very close to the pier and restaurants / bars. We had a nice pool access room. Seemed reasonably priced. Were able to check in early to which we were very fortunate with.

Location, and facilities were great, the bubbles weren't working on the pool but that didn't really matter, I thought the curtain inside the shower was funny as you could have a shower on full view to your partner or neighbours across the Way.

Some people were smoking weed in room next to us and we could smell it in our room. Not the property fault. Maybe non smoking rules should be enforced.

Compared to all or most hotels in the area I can’t complain about anything other than the windows need nets so people can’t look in it’s either open to people to look in or pitch black with the curtains closed

Not a biggie, but the option for room service would be good.

The pool was lovely, and we had direct access via the sliding doors in our room. Also the location of our room was terrific, being away from the busier end of the facility. Location of the accommodation was very good, pretty much a less than 5 minute walk from most things including the beach.

The bed is really hard. Like really really hard. Like on the concrete floor hard. I can't stress enough how hard it is. It's not even about preference. It's just really hard. Also, doesn't come with robes and facecloths or hand towels. Only comes with a bath floor mat/towel and (our room had no bath towels but when we asked reception they delivered straight away).

The location is superb! The staff are amazing aswell. The room is stunning. The aircon s a bit much but much needed. The pool outside our room is beautiful. We absolutely loved this stay!

We had an amazing time here! It was the absolute perfect location, staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. Right outside our room was the beautiful pool and view of the beach. Right next to the pier, shops and restaurants. 10/10 will stay here again.
