We were on the fifth floor and there is no elevator so was very hard carrying bags up-and-down for check in and check out

I stayed at the hotel 6 years ago Everything remains as I remembered. An old hotel but maintained at a very good level. Spacious and clean rooms with a balcony. A small shower with a strong current and hot water. Varied and fresh breakfast - there are vegetables, fruits, yogurt and omelettes prepared personally. Nice pool. A winning location - right in front of the ferry and close to everywhere on the island. for those who want a clean hotel and to travel, this is a great option and a good value for the price compared to hotel prices on the island.

At checkout we were accused of stealing one of the hand towels... The lady at the reception said that we need to pay for the towel. In fact we got only one towel from the cleaning lady.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

No lift. Walking up 5 flights of stairs. Pool was in sun no shady areas to sit round pool.

Rooms can be updated however for the price it is all worth it.

Great breakfast, beautiful views from the room, staff helped carry our luggage to our room as there are no elevators and location is perfect! Great stay for a few days and a quick walk to the beach which was amazing.

I think the cleaning really needs to improve 🤔 The rooms need an urgent update 😊 But it's acceptable and livable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel for us was in a perfect place 👌 Not much noise, so close to the pier 😍 7/11 right in front! The swimming pool was really nice 👌 Great shops around, and a short distance walk to the bars! Would definitely go back to this hotel 🏨

When choosing a room, I highly recommend opting for those with a sea view or located upstairs. During my stay, I found that the rooms with sea views or situated on upper levels offered a significantly better experience compared to those on the ground floor.

In my opinion, it is truly the best place to stay in Phi Phi if you're seeking a peaceful and budget-friendly accommodation option. The resort offers a serene environment that allows guests to unwind and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the island. One of the highlights is the breakfast. While it may not be extravagant, it certainly gets the job done, providing a satisfying start to the day. The variety offered caters to different preferences, ensuring that there's something for everyone to enjoy. Moreover, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests feel at home and are always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. We needed some towels for tours and they were really kind to provide those with no charge. Their warm hospitality adds an extra layer of comfort to the overall experience. The cleanliness and maintenance of the resort are also top-notch. The facilities are well-kept and spotless, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.

Only slight minus was 5th floor & no lift. However they took our bags up for us & we had a great view so all good.

Breakfast had a great choice - nice restaurant overlooking pool. Staff very helpful. Launderette a few steps away & excellent restaurant called Annies.

The rooms are very noisy. Sound travels. Can hear the outdoor noise as much as the noise in corridors etc.

Consistent with other reviews, the staff were not the friendliest, although no one was actually rude. No lift could definitely be a problem for some guests, particularly if on the top floor as we were.

Proximity to pier was great. Room was comfortable, if a little on the small side. Pool was an added extra, especially given the town centre location.
