We booked well in advance and still didn't get the rooms together. My sister was not well and they didn't entertain or try to get us rooms together. They gave us rooms on the higher floor too with no lift.

The Wi-Fi only worked at the door, Wi-Fi is poor. No cover over the pool during the day and you have to leave your key at reception whenever you leave.

The pool closes too early . Staff is present all night. Why close the pool early????

The breakfast was super! though the coffee and juice was less good lol. The fresh made omelette was delicious.

- AC was pointing directly at the beds, we had to move the beds so we didn't freeze while sleeping - no elevator but 5 stories

we felt like children here - they make you sign in and out pool towels, leave your room key at the desk when you leave, and then during check-out they make you wait at the front desk while they ‘check’ your room before you can leave. in addition the rooms and hotel are very run down and walls are paper thin so we heard our neighbors wake up at 6:30am

the best thing about this property is the location. you’re close to all of the restaurants and bars as well as the pier.

the facilities in the room. our electrics and plumbing were TERRIBLE. our electrics just cut out all the time and staff never fixed it. despite being called multiple times. on the final night we woke up in the middle of the night to no electricity meaning no aircon!! terrible!! plumbing also really bad with the shower water flooding the whole bathroom because of the plug not working. staff came once to fix it but 5 mins later it had somehow blocked again. beds especially pillows also very uncomfortable.

taps are not working, drains are not proper, surrounding is very smelly, most of the staff don’t understand English. property is old and rusted. No lifts even in 5 floor property Don’t book any tours from them, we have book phi phi island tour and long tail boat guy didn’t had life jacket, during high tide our life was in danger and driver didn’t cared. worst experience

Booked a room with sea view - got a room with a very little sea view (rear side of the hotel). Sorry sir, all the sea view rooms are fully booked today... Rooms are old fashioned and not very comfortable Breakfast not recommended

the staff,although very nice, has absolutely no ability to speak English so in case of having any problems be prepared to solve it by yourself. I thing it’s a big flaw in such a touristic place. the breakfast was good only for one time. small choice of bad quality products. the next thing is lack of the air conditioning outside the room and lack of elevator- I was with an infant and a toddler so imagine climbing couple times a day with the and stroller.

No shade at pool (parasole), more vegetarian/pescatarian options, could do with seats on balcony and a gym.

Breakfast was ok but finished early (10am) so we only got to enjoy it once. More vegetarian options needed. Location was fairly central but could be creepy at night walking back from the other side of the island (< 10 mins) as there’s no street lights and everything’s closed. Staff were really nice and our luggage was carried to the pier when we departed so we didn’t have to carry our heavy bags. Rooms were comfortable but in need of upgrade. Good view from balcony but no seats to sit out on. Pool looked good but we didn’t get it to use it as there was no shade in terms of parasole.
