Perfect location on a beautiful beach. Friendly staffs

Breakfast is poor, with not much of choice and the quality of the breakfast is not adequate. Lunch and dinner were good, staff should be more positive and kind. Staff seemed to be bored all the time with not much reaction.

Perfect spot, nice view from the rooms, clean and the location is awesome. Beds and rooms are ok, house needs a bit of painting from the outside.

One thing to be noted is that food and beverages are unreasonably expensive, I think that’s a trend of Phuket in general, benefitting from the tourism, although especially in this resort is higher than the others. However the main context to acknowledge is that staff is not friendly or understanding at all. Some behave with a bit of rude attitude, and others are clueless as they have little understanding of english, baggage handlers, boat riders, bar staff and waiters included in the above.

The location was the best part about this stay, located on long beach, with the view of Phi Ley. The bungalows are quite nice, although a bit of sand was found. The fire show was very nice as well, and the pools were cozy as well. Shuttle from the common area to the stays are provided as well which was really handy.

Difficult to get to town. You would think at the price you pat there they would have their own boat to shuttle you back and forth. Spent a half-hour one time just trying to flag down a boat, finally gave up

The resort restaurant didn't have many dinner options. After the first 3 nights, we went somewhere else down the beach for dinner.

Villa had a great view. Was comfortable and clean. Grounds were well kept. Beach was accessible and there was plenty of seating and great views. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and good variety.

First arrived we thought was bad location, then we realized, after visiting the TONSAI area, that the long beach and the beach resort was perfect and the water crystal! We were looking for relaxing place and this is the top, the guys working there always nice to us and anytime taxi service to the room. Room very beautiful. Food too very good and once I preordered the white snapper, they went to buy for me and for dinner they cook for me it was delicious, so fresh! I was really excited to the idea having fresh seafood with Seaview sitting on the beach. Very recommended if you are looking for relaxing places.

The sun-beds and the pools are a bit shabby and could be improved.

We spend two nights in the resort. The resort is really nice located on a beautiful beach near sharks point where you also can enjoy the sunset. The resort offers a rich lovely paradise vegetation. The chalets are all build among the hill but the resort offers a shuttle service to the rooms. The hotel offers what a 3 star hotel needs to offer. Clean rooms, aircon and coffee and drinks on the rooms for free. Breakfast and diner was okay but it was always very warm because the breakfast and diner area is not climate controlled. The fire show as well as the bar was nice in the evening. We liked the easy booking of a privat boat trip from the bar for a day trip to Maya Bay and the shuttle service from the resort to phi phi village for 100-150baht per person The staff is friendly and helpful but not as passionate as we expected and know from all other places we stayed. We paid 65Euro incl. breakfast for two person for a non sea view room. The resort is worth this price so we can recommend it. A little too far from everything else; a bit too isolated. The walk back to your room was quite an uphill hike. Also didn't like that the restaurant there didn't have a no smoking section.

The breakfast is nothing exceptional, probably the worst of our stay in Thailand. The bed was not the most comfortable of our stay. Also, the lady running the tour desk (next to the bar on the beach) was kind of rude and could use a little smile (However the tour was amazing).

Good and calm location, direct access to 2 beautiful beaches. Restaurant and bar on the beach. We appreciated the free transfer from the pier to the hotel (and vice versa) both at the check-in and the check-out.

Location is beautiful but you can only go the centre by paying for boats. You get wet feet everytime you enter or leave a boot because Thai people rather let you swim than use something to get on shore dry (like a plank). There is one road that you can walk on (35 min to the centre) but it's hard to find and completely dark. It's not maintained, a lot of trash from Thai people and there are (ghetto style) repulsive cottages around the road. Most women and elderly people will feel very unsafe. So highly recommend you to take the boats despite the costs and wet feet. But otherwise take a flashlight with you and be wary.

Location with views look amazing.The boat service (free upon arrival and and departure) is great. You get picked up from the centre (Ton Sai beach) From 7am untill 8pm the hotel garuantees longtail boat service (cost is 100 bah). Even untill 2am boats will take you from the centre to the resort (but the later you get the higher the chance the Thai boat taxi drivers will charge you extra. Here around 11pm somebody charged 200 bah per person). But be wary. That could charge you as much as they want.

The stairs to get to the cabins are very steep and, the handrail is worn and exposes rusty iron bars, not great for children or older people. On the cabins with Terrasse,, some kind of sun shade would be needed, it makes it unusable during the day when the sun is burning

Familiar atmosphere, unlike big resorts. Staff polite and helpful. Great stay overall.
