The rooms were a bit run down and in need of updating.

The pool and beach were fantastic, the beach seemed like one the nicest setups on the island as I looked at other resorts.

the rooms are quite run down, especially the bathroom. It's fine for one night. The bathroom didn't smell great, I read that the Island in general has a sewage problem. But for the price you pay you shouldn't expect too much.

The hotel has a great location, you walk about 10-15 minutes to the main pier of the Island. The pool area is big, with enough loungers and the pool had an okay temperature (could be a little colder to be refreshing) They also have a beach area with a few loungers, right by the hotel. A little shop to buy snacks and a great coffee bar right in the same building. Breakfast was also nice, nice views but you don't have a big choice, there was a live egg station which was a bonus

The breakfast was not great and the selection could be better , there is also no alcohol served from the small beach bar at the hotel and the food ordered from there was not great the staff were also abrupt and a bit unaccommodating. The hotel pool looks fantastic but was so hot you could not get in, the walk to the main area of PhiPhi was a little far

They don't sell alcohol, only some wine and champagne, which is very strange if you want to enjoy a cocktail or beer at the beach or terase. Anyway you can buy beer from the supermarket.

We found that the room wasn't a villa at all. It shared walls with other 'villas' so it was more like a hotel room. The included breakfast was great, had lots of options but the restaurant wasn't air conditioned so we just sat there sweating, so hot and uncomfortable that we really weren't hungry. There were unsupervised kids in the pool and our idea of a tropical getaway wasn't being splashed by unruly children. By the time that we asked about the trolley/wheelbarrow luggage service we were told we were too late and we found this to be very rude/abrupt.

This place was across the road from the beach, walking distance from bars and restaurants. Later on, we saw a trolley/wheelbarrow service transporting people's luggage. Tip: enquire about this beforehand so you don't have to carry your luggage for 15+ minute walk from the pier :)

Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. It takes 10-15 min on foot from Ton Sai Pier and the location is nice. Swimming pool is good for kids. Beach at the front is also good. Would stay again.

Air con in the villa rooms struggled, ours leaked on the last night. Breakfast was average but covered all the bases.

Good location, about a 10 min walk from the pier. The villas are nicely finished but could do with some updating. All the grounds are well kept, nice swimming pool which looks out onto the beach (for which the accommodation has it's own area)

The only thing I didn't like which is major for me because I am a natural sweater, and my partner is not but was sweating her butt off the AC in the room it works but they only give you one key and you have to use the key like most hotels to keep the AC on. Therefore when you return back to your room, from outside where it is extremely hot you will return to a hot room (a very hot room). That was a big no for me, and I think the hotel should definitely give their guest an extra key that would be a great way to keep guests happy and coming back. :)

I liked that we were right there at the beach, you walk out from the hotel and the hotel has its own private area where you can lay out and look at the view of the ocean or go in for a swim. :) Then the massage place is right beside the lounge area. They also have a swing that I enjoyed. I know you you'll love it. :)

Breakfast no good so far, in restaurant is extremly hot even in the morning, you need to take off shoes to enter. Water in swimming pool is like "boiling water". But what to expect in Thailand :)

The breakfast is offered on the second floor of the wooden structure, where it gets very hot. The fans are not sufficient to cool down, making the stay less enjoyable. Only Tea and American drip coffee is served.

Spacious room with all the comforts. Private beach with sunbeds and towels provided by the hotel, offering a breathtaking view, as well as the hotel's pool overlooking the sea. The hotel is located in a peaceful area yet close to the center (just a few minutes' walk away). Right outside the hotel, there are restaurants and shops. Convenient access to an ATM located at the hotel entrance, where a supermarket is also available.

The beds were quite hard and it was quite dated. The floors were also a bit oily like they’d been mopped with dirty water.

It was in a beautiful spot and had its secluded beach. The gym was also well located and really well air coned as it was really hot during our stay.

All in all the room was a bit outdated. The bathroom was not giving the best impression and you can see insects coming out from the pipes or from the ceiling of the bathroom. This was not happening in other hotels we stayed at in phi phi Island. From my opinion it is expensive for what you get (95 euros / night).

The location is great, close to everything and quiet. The resort looks nice, has a swimming pool and a restaurant . Close to a beach, boats hire, has a shop at the resort for the basic needs. We stayed in a room with 2 kids and 2 adults
