The breakfast was definitely the best thing and exceeded our expectations! Ignore the reviews "the breakfast isn't enough"- loads of stuff: different types of eggs, sausages and meat, great breads, fruits, vegetables, sweets and even cheese!!!

The rooms are more beautiful in the pictures than in reality, I didn't like the fact that the bathroom had mold and the room smelled like humidity.

The hotel is ok. We couldn't enjoy all the facilities due to the weather.

The restaurant had virtually no vegetarian food and for a longer stay without a scooter you might have felt s bit cut off but that said a lovely place to stay

The resort was beautiful laid out, lovely gardens. The rooms very nice with lots of attention to detail. On a quiet part of the beach virtually next to the pier.

The running hot water in the shower was not working properly but of course you have to lower your expectations while being one an island. So it’s no big deal.

We have only been there for one night but we can say that the bedroom and the bathroom were very clean. The beach is also very nice and you can eat your breakfast while having a nice view at the ocean. It is just a view meters away from the ferry station to koh pangan and koh tao, which was very practical when you plan just to stay for one night in Koh Samui before heading to the smaller islands.

The restaurant served mediocre food in small portions and relatively high prices. Also, the beach entry is a bit steep.

It‘s a tranquile hotel with a nice pool and direct beach access. The huts are very comfortable and clean. They feel like your own house. There were no bugs inside. The hotel is also a 3 minute walk from the pier from which you can take the ferry to other islands. The hotel staff is very friendly and there are nice restaurants nearby.

the pool was a bit dirty and we didn't see someone to clean it. Our room was far from the pool and the beach, but as we understood, they don't have family rooms by the pool. The room was too big for one airconditioner. One part of the room was always too cold

Beachfront hotel, with good service and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and the room was big

I've just found that I've experienced getting more for my money in Thailand. The AÇ was quite poor, considering it was a turbo cooler. They did send someone to clean it out, in which it did improve, but those sleeping on the other side of the room remained hot and clammy. The site was a lot bigger than I first imagined, and having a young child with us, I was hoping for somewhere closer to a pool. This I was informed couldn't be made possible because I'd arranged for an extra bed. Which is all fine, but I would have chosen differently if I had done my homework beforehand (my bad)

Nice gardens, great staff that were very accommodating. The room itself was clean. Nice clean beach and pool

The bed or mattress could be replaced. I would also loved if they whould have coffee machine.

In general, I have no comments about the resort. What I liked most was the silence on the beach and the calmness. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is okay, maybe I expected more fruit options (only three types of fruit available). The bungalow is large and pleasant.

The bathroom is old and seemed to be not so clean. It can be improved. The restaurant did not have a lot of food which is suggested in the menu. The breakfast is also very basic. However, the omlet was super delicious!

Very friendly personnel and calm place. The hotel has a private beach and we liked it! Massage at the hotel was super good and relaxing! We had a cozy environment. Besides, there is a Harbor next to the hotel, where you can take a boat to Ko Tao Island!

The staff at the pool bar / restaurant were not always the best. I imagine it is difficult to deal with the so many tourists all the time but that is the industry you are in. Breakfast was ok - not highly rated. Pool itself was not that great - understand it takes a lot of chlorine to keep it clean with so many people in and out. Resort is located right on end of the "Pinnacle" and it is quite a distance to travel to any of the main attractions.

Staff were really fantastic here. The lady at reception was super helpful and went out of her way to help us at all times. Rooms were big, spacious and clean. Well kept and everything worked. The gardens were tidy and resort had a nice feel to it. Beach was great - tidy and clean and water around the area very nice to swim in.

We arrived late at night due to our delayed flight so almost nothing was open nearby. However, this is NOT the resort's fault; it was just the area itself.

Breakfast was decent and so was the room. It was comfortable enough for our one-night stay. It's also a short walk to the Maenam pier, which was the best part.

We booked a superior bungalow, but they were so kind to give us an upgrade so we were closer to the pool/Beach + more secluded. The bungalow was clean and relatively large. Really nice. The staff at the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, this can not be said about the staff in the restaurant. (I got the impression they rather be somewhere else) Overall we liked this resort as it wasn’t too busy. They only negative point, is that they had a very poor internet connection. Additionally, the coverage with our data plan wasn’t great either. You had to go down the road to make arrangements for the onward journey.

The hotel is located in a quiet area on the Mae Nam beach. The beach is private only for the hotel guests and is clean as well as the sea. There are pretty much no waves so it is suitable for swimming and families with small children alike. There is also a pool in the hotel with sunbeds around. They are also located on the beach with a parasol for your convenience. The breakfast was rich - assorted fruit, bread, cheese and ham, eggs prepared the ways you want at the spot, and many more. Definitely satisfaction. We stayed in a bungalow with a large bathroom, refrigerator and a fan and A/C (we found it really cool to have an A/C blowing directly in the fan which allowed us to use the A/C in the "low" mode and still had a pleasant, cool and fresh environment in the room. We were also provided with two bottles of water every day. There is a "no stress area" inside the hotel and it definitely is a no stress area. Plenty of trees, bushes, flowers, beach within a two-minute walk from the bungalow. You can also have a massage in the hotels spa and I highly recommend it.

The room was clean. The staff very nice and helpful. The beach is not a sand beach but small rocks. But it doesn't hurt walking on them. It is very close to the pier to Koh Tao or Koh Phangan. You just have to walk over the beach.
