The furniture and pillow cases on the sofa were a little worn out and would be great if it was updated since the hotel has been around more than 10 years.

The room decor was exactly as seen on the pictures and the friendliness of the staff was a great touch to the experience! We had complimentary breakfast which had a wide variety of choices.

facilities were broken - bath tub with loose lock, tv that doesn’t work, landline with no connection. had to make multiple calls to the front office to fix them all. very disappointing.

The villa we booked is 3 bedrooms But 2 of them down stairs with very long stairs not ideal for kids under 5 years Wish there was a baby gate or all room in one level

We ran out of options for dining after a few days. Menu is limited, or perhaps having one more restaurant would be nice instead of just switching between the Thai and Italian option.

We liked the pool in the villa and the jacuzzi at the spa area. The food quality in your restaurants and the bbq in our villa were all exceptional. Hospitality of your staff was amazing especially wow and haze (who was our butler) Wow, in particular really exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast was not good compared to other similar resorts/hotels as there were very few available for the buffet. Ala carte menu was also limited in option. The furnitures are of poor quality and the floor tiles showing age. Same as the wooden floor on the walkway.

Room was spacious and location was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the fruit provided daily to the room.

Disappointed with a stay in Como 1. Breakfast is not tasty, poor choice and absolutely not varied compared to same-price hotels in Thai. The Gravlax (salmon) is a joke, it was a piece of unleavened sliced salmon without a hint of salt or smoking. Service on breakfast is not a 5-star, even not 4. We had to ask 2 times to get a cup of coffee in the morning and wait for a long period. No one had introduced the ala cart menu before we asked about the egg station. The only thing that is great is that we've spent only 2 nights here. 2. The dinner in an Italian restaurant was nothing special for the price. We ordered a beef filet, medium. But after cutting the steak, it was a piece of raw meat. The waiter seeing this offered to take it back to the kitchen. Overall the taste of food was decent. This is not what you expected when paying $300 for dinner. There definitely need to work with chef to improve approach to the food.

Having stayed at Como Point Yamu three times in the past, was really disappointed to see that the customer service has deteriorated. Check in was very slow, and we had requested for an airport transfer during that time. On the day of departure itself, they forgot our airport transfer booking which meant that we almost missed our flight out.

Rooms and facilities like the main pool and our private pool are lovely.

concrete is not my personal favorite in design. The building reminded me of my old student accommodation. The sofa looked used up and dirty. we went down to the beach which turned out to be a swamp. your feet get stuck in the black stinky mud when you try to walk in the water. You have to drive for 30 min through the busy city to get to a proper beach.

the views are amazing. it is really nice to have breakfast and look at the islands around you. air conditioning feels much nicer than in other hotels because it was behind a wall. Our daughter loved the kids club because of the very nice staff working there. The room had a large balcony with two beds outside.
