Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyLocation:) crazy loud bcs of planes -all day/all night. I couldn’t have a good sleep -it was complete disaster-even with all windows/doors closed. Dirty-looks like they never make proper cleaning-windows are so duty -you can’t look through, mold in the bathroom, dust under bed( didn’t check on purpose-just made yoga and seen it accidentally); Curtains are with spots, corners are with dust, hairs. Plus bed was very uncomfortable -because of spring matrass.
Location-lots of cafes, restaurants, shops around. Very comfortable to reach by feet everything. Pretty spacious room, has balcony, couch.

ThailandWifi on the 5th floor was terribly poor. No consistency. I had to use my own mobile hotspot for the whole stay for my work and meeting.

GermanyThe sink in the shower was not cleaned so it blocked and the water was not flowing away properly. :( The bathroom was too small so that the door blocked the entrance to the shower so you have to goninside bathroom then close the door and then go to toilet or shower. thats just ridiculous when you take in consideration the big size of the room. the windows and blank surfaces were not cleaned properly which made it looking greasy. so the cleaning llady shoukd at least clean the high glossy surfaces.
The suits are modern and have a generous layout and a nice sofa place and a workplace and there are good restaurants nearby
