Great location and the villa had everything you could possibly need. The bed was really comfortable and all the linen and towels were good quality. I loved staying here and how close it was to the beach made it perfect.

We were a bit confused about how to check in- there didn’t seem to be any instructions but I was in contact with the owner and we managed to find a staff member. Once we were checked in, everything was great.

Beautiful apartment perfect for our family. Lovely high ceilings, comfortable beds and lots of wonderful details to make our stay great.

A minor issue was that there were no check in details provided, and as we arrived at 8pm we didn’t really know how to check in. A man working in a room underneath a villa heard me calling out and phoned the hotel contact and got us checked in. The only other thing to note is that the wall in the back bedroom is paper thin and everything can be heard from the staff working in the room under the villa behind. Noise is not quite as bad in the bedroom facing the beach, and air-con and the sound of the waves drowns this out slightly. We were tired enough to sleep through it, so this did not affect our stay. Despite this, we loved the place, and would happily stay here again!

We stayed in Villa 4 which was an awesome two bedroom beach front villa, right on the beach, and quite possibly the only hotel directly on the beach from what we could see. The villa was modern and well equipped with everything from toiletries, to bug spray, beach towels, and a fridge stocked with plenty of complimentary water. We loved it! We only stayed for one night as an airport stop over which was an easy 15 minute taxi from the airport. Wish we could have stayed another night! They kindly let us check out a little late so that we could enjoy a bit more time on the beautiful beach before leaving.

It was perfect but maybe we could have used a pool in case the ocean is not suitable for swimming.

The location is very good because it is not a crowded area with a small seaside village vibes. The direct access to the beach is fantastic. The rooms are very comfy and clean.

Close main entrance door with a code locker to avoid people to go from the main road to the beach through the villas (some are using the transats and showers...). Improve sound’s insulation of the walls (room to room and outside to room). Add a toaster in kitchen

We had the beach villa with 2 bed rooms. The place is amazing and villa is very well decorated. The staff is very welcoming, nice, discreet and the villa is very clean. The kitchen is enough to prepare the necessary food, especially if you will buy not far grilled meat or fish. Next door restaurants are all nice. Massage salon Naris was the best for us. Beach and sea are wonderful.

location location location. this is the only place that is right on the beach! and it is right down at the end of the beach so quite quiet. Also they provide all the bottled water (both still and sparkling) and in glass bottles so better for the environment.

No breakfast and beach is not clean but aparantly its national park property so hoteliers can't clean it. Shame.

Lots of mosquito's inside property, we were all stung daily. No spray to kill them. Wouldn't suit older people as quite a few stairs.

Daily free bottles of water in the mini fridge. Modern.luxury villa with an amazing balcony overlooking Nai thon beach. Good wifi, comfy beds and pillows.

Fly screens for mosquitos is the only improvement I can think of.

2nd time we stayed as we loved it so much the first time and re booked straight away. Tasteful design, super comfortable beds, brilliant location on the beach and staff even brought us a complimentary bottle of (decent!) red wine.

We were in villa 3 which unfortunately was situated adjacent to a small restaurant (literally the other side of the wall). the second bathroom backs onto the back of the restaurant and there is a window in the bathroom through which you can see into the back of the restaurant kitchen. We thought this was awful since we think people could possibly see into the bathroom from the other side! perhaps there was one way glass but not sure that was the case. we could hear people chopping food etc through the wall. There were also cockroaches which came from somewhere and ran across the living room floor in the evenings! The area of Naithon beach is very strange and there aren't many very good places to eat which we thought were good value based on previous areas we stayed in. It is quite far from anything to do and see. We hired a scooter which helped. However, the beaches are lovely. There is only one little mini market which does sell a lot of things (no fruit or veg though) but prices much more than other areas we've been to. We also found the area to be over run with Russians. I'd say about 90% Russian to be honest which was odd and felt rather weird - like being in little Russia. We felt the prices of food were inflated because of this.

The actual villa was very lovely inside and beautifully designed. The beds were the most comfortable we experienced on our trip and the pillows were so soft. The main en suite bathroom was great. The little kitchen was well equipped for the size. The staff cleaned it daily and gave us lots of fresh bottled water. We also were given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. checking in was very easy and very nice to be so close to the sea.

Unfortunately there is a very loudy bar just above the villas, we had to go several time there to ask them to lower the music / karaoke happening every night. Some table have been installed just a few meters from the villa with loudy client until late at night (midnight and more).

Some moskitos pinched us Restaurants around are all a desaster, overpriced and terible quality, also the massage places i dont recomend none! but the street foood is cheaper and much more tasty especialy the grilled seabas at 200 baht ( aprox 5 euro) coconuts 50 baht ( 1 euro) etc that was convenient.

We didnt received the front villa and we had no view from inside, the layout is cute 2 baths 2 bedrooms. The area that is located in is interesting witg alot of street food that is cheap. Is near the airport The sea water very warm and pleasant
