Only thing to note is there is no where to put clothes or belongings so the room feels even smaller with our stuff everywhere. I’d recommend some shelves or drawers.

Such a Beautiful place to stay, with lovely hosts who are very helpful. The view is incredible, and rooms come with a fridge, AC and a fan! The balcony setting is gorgeous and they offer coffee, toast and fruit whenever you need. They offer daily cleaning if you ask. Would 100% recommend.

Two of the rooms very small. Just bed and fridge, nowhere to put anything taken out of bags. Other room much more spacious but had issues with a lot of mosquitoes. Also deep humming noise at night (possibly from fridges/aircon/fans) can be a bit disturbing.

Extremely kind and friendly hosts. The hostess wanted to offer us breakfast, which we did not expect, so she prepared a light lunch instead. Exceptional view from the balcony.. Air conditioner is biIs a big plus.

For the price we weren't expecting bed changes or towel replacements during our 3 nights but emptying the bins would have been nice.

The room is basic. We knew this before we booked and of course the price reflects this. The location was the attraction for us. Nicki was so enthusiastic and so helpful. The honesty bar was a nice touch and came in very handy for beers on the deck at the end of the day looking out across the water.

There was a smell to our room, but it was easy to air out and we just kept the window open. The tidal flat outside the room is not for swimming, but it does make for a good view of the fishing village.

Excellent value and the owner is incredibly helpful and friendly. All of Koh Muk is easily accessible. Good view. Nearby restaurants are great. Charlie Beach and Emeral Cave are standouts.

Bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable so I didn't sleep well. Of course lazing on the beach does nothing to make you tired. There was a musty smell when i first walked in. Many reviews have mentioned the same thing. Why don't they do something about it to improve their business. They would be booked because it really is a unique place. I didn't notice any garbage around the property as stated in other reviews so they must have solved that problem.

The location was great. Loved sitting on the balcony in the evening and early morning listening to the ocean waves. Having a fridge and bottled water was nice. Taking a hot shower was a luxury on this island.Very unique place for a night or two.

Rooms are a bit small so keep that in mind. Not a good place to swim off the patio. Lots of old junk (rope, wire, anchors etc.) so to hazardous. Once the tide rolls in it’s all covered which is aesthetically pleasing yet dangerous if you didn’t know. Swimmable ocean just a short walk across the pier so not a big deal.

Very cute rooms right on the ocean. Having the patio door open to the ocean breeze was amazing. Cute little patio to watch the tide roll in and out. Family owners were extremely friendly, and very helpful. Offered welcome gift of beers, and provided breakfast even though it was not advertised. Located in a cool piece of authentic Thailand, yet still close to all things on the island. Two great restaurants next door with cheap delicious Thai food.

The bed was a bit hard and small for us, but Nikki did get us a mattress topper. Shower also needs a bit of improvement.

As already heard, Nikki is so welcoming and gave us some really good tips including the most beautiful beach in a nearby resort. The view is incredible getting to wake up on the sea, and the space is pretty quiet (apart from a couple of dogs!) With even a small breakfast available. Not too far from shops and restaurants, also a bike to rent if you want to get to the other side quicker. We felt very welcome and at home.

The only thing that surprised us was that the bathroom is a cordoned off little area in the bedroom - so it's not super duper private... But it's a small price to pay for the view and the deck over the water

This is a really special place perched right on the sea near the harbour of Koh mook. The accomodation is really simple - but the balconies perched over the sea, the traditional boats bobbing on the water, and the sunrise in the morning is just incredible. Best of all - this is a spot where the Du gongs come to graze, and we were lucky enough to see one on our first day. The shower was also nice and hot, we were given loads of drinking water, and WiFi worked! This is also tucked in a small fishing village and you see the real side of Koh Muk - the fishermen heading out in the evening, kids coming home from school. It was nice to be part of the village but still have privacy on our little balcony over the sea The staff are also very friendly - the lady who worked there had great English and was always up for a chat. We had free coffee and toast in the morning, some days she insisted on making us eggs :), and even after we changed accomodation she still invited us for breakfast every day! There are also some adorable cats and dogs that live nearby. If like us, you are keen to be right on the sea and close to the main town, this is the perfect spot.

Too expensive Very tiny room, no place no shelf for luggage, just 4 hooks. Engine of next room aircon just in front of our terrasse door. 30% less would be reasonable.
