The staffs at the reception were the most unfriendly and arrogant in whole Thailand. I couldn't figure out why they always behaved and looked so annoyed and arrogant! Room, bed, facilities were comfortable and pleasant. Staffs' attitude ruined the impression.

Upper age limit of 35 - which I was told at check in. ut is no where on their booking.com policy. 1 charger in a 4 bed dorm. absolute minimum requirement any hostel should have is 1 charger per bed. It is not 2002. People expect a charger. Bad business & service practice in my opinion. Seemingly monocultural vibe of customer.

Unique set up. right on the beach. very party vibe. each hut has a bathroom. total freedom to come and go as you please. feels like living jn your own house - if you were a rich millionaire with your own island.

Way better than expected. Beautiful little bungalows, enough privacy, beautiful beach, perfectly located. Very social and easy to get to know people. Also great food! Not only a party hostel. Loved my stay there.

The staff were so nice and the vibe is absolutely unmatched ! I would recommend staying here to everyone . Always something going on and something to do and the best chilled spot in koh tao . Goes quiet after 10 so you can also rest . Our private bungalow was right on the beach and we saw the most amazing sunsets everyday

The placement of the shower was right next to the toilet which made it a bit awkward as there wasn’t much room to shower without soaking the bathroom and everything in it

Location is all that is good about this place. Stayed 3 nights and paid just under £400 for the private chalet. Dunno whether it’s because of the time of year we went or what but we paid the same to stay in a 4 star hotel in Koh Samui for a week. Asked for fresh bathroom towels at reception and was offered to have our room cleaned instead, and fresh towels would be left, but to our surprise our room wasn’t cleaned and no fresh towels. No mini fridge, no TV, no water given and no kettle.

Perfect location right on Sairee beach which was beautiful. Plenty of shops and restaurants all in walking distance no need to rent a bike.

Would defo recommend this place to groups of friends or even solo travellers. I came with friends and everyone there was so sociable and friendly, it was really easy to make friends with people. We had a shared room and a private room and both were really lovely to stay in. All the staff were really nice as well, they were all so welcoming. The reps were so good and keeping everyone lively and entertained, especially Tilly, she was so much fun and such a lovely girl to be around. There was events on every night at the hostel and they had a WhatsApp you could join so you could be up to date with it, this was really useful. Thank you for our stay we really enjoyed it xx

We were put in a room right next to the street while others had cute little huts. Beds were so uncomfortable. Mosquitos everywhere in the room. They didn't do coffee when we were there.

Completely overpriced for what we got. Very basic room and ours was right next to the bar. There was no one there on the first night and they were blasting music until 12.30.
