Room was private, tidy and in a good, central location with plenty shops and restaurants in its surrounds. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. The layout of the room could be reconsidered because all the electrical outlets were much too far away from the mirror when using the hairdryer. Nonetheless, we would recommend this as a good place for a few days stay.

The location is great, it’s calm but very close to the main Phuket street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and I am glad we took an upgrade which gave us a room with a terrace.

I’m shocked how good of a hostel this was. AC on whenever, common room had ac. A few free snacks and coffee/tea. There’s an elevator! I’ve stayed in a few hotels here in Thailand and they didn’t have elevator. The restaurant downstairs is great. Clean female dorm and bunkbeds. Enough space. Clean bathrooms, you get a towel. Also very nice staff.

We liked everything!

I think we really loved our stay here because of the staff. They were all super helpful and nice. We asked for some trips to Samet Nangshe and to PhiPhi, they were fast and provided excellent help. Every time we got into the hotel they greeted us with a nice smile. The place is really close to the center and to a 7eleven. The room is nice and simple and the cleaning service was good!

The bathroom is too small both the shower room and toilet. The shower holder is cracked so it can't control or hang the shower firmly and insufficiency of towel hangover.

The bed is comfy. The staff team is very nice and helpful. Car parking is provided nearby. There is a Japanese ramen on the first floor. I'll try it next time for sure.

The staff are the real heroes of this hotel! Young, energetic, enthusiastic and couldn’t do enough to make my stay enjoyable or answer my many questions about the area.

The room is poorly insulated, so it is pretty loud. Bad luck, there was a street festival nearby at the same time, but even it was finished the room was loud at night with air conditioner noise.

The hairdryer was a bit weak.

Quite well located hotel with wonderful staff - very helpful and friendly. The style of the rooms might not be everyone's cup of tea, but we liked it. Overall had a nice stay. The room was spacious and clean, with everything provided for a comfortable visit.

The staff were very helpful and informative..always available to assist. Also able to accommodate day tours taxis and other travel requirements.. Hotel was peaceful, clean and service was excellent. Not had chance to eat there but looked delish. About 15 kins walkmto phuket old town.. 7-11 5mins away.
