The bathroom sometimes smelled a bit damp, but we find that this is the case everywhere we stayed in southern Thailand, so I'm not sure if the property can do anything about it or it is a wider problem. Everything else was perfect!

We liked everything about this property and it really exceeded our expectations! The staff is so nice and helpful and they made the stay even better :) The best staff we encountered during our whole visit in Thailand! If you don't want to stay in the busiest part of the island, this is a great option. It is a bit removed from the noise, partying and a lot of people, but it is not remote at all. It is less than 10 minutes with a taxi from all of the restaurants, bars and shops, and 15 minutes from the pier. Our room was nice and had a nice view, the pool area is beautiful and very relaxing, and the whole property is very pretty. Even though the property does not offer food, they can order breakfast, lunch and dinner for you and you can eat it at the bar. The bar is also very quiet and relaxing, it is right next to the pool area and has a great sunset view. If you don't want to order food or get a taxi to the "city", you can also walk to two restaurants close by and we really liked the one at the Dunsit Buncha resort. The staff also help you with getting taxi and it was always very efficient .

They should include a free shuttle service. Way too expensive to get to the main area which is very close. (400 round trip). I wish the front desk was open later than 6:30. Limiting when ordering food, since there’s no restaurant. Laundry service would be appreciated.

There’s no food available but a huge menu that you can get take away from so if you can’t get a moped into town, really easy to order and we saw them bring plates and cutlery for those who ordered that way. Taxi into town is 200 THB each way so be prepared for that if you’re not renting a moped.

The location of the property is stunning - looks out over the sea and the sunsets are beautiful. Very modern rooms and the best staff - they were so helpful throughout our whole stay with recommendations of beaches and where to go. And so friendly. We really enjoyed our time here.

We were really surprised at how lovely this place was. We booked it on a whim because we couldn’t stay in the place we were moving to next for that few days and honestly, weren’t expecting too much but MY GOD it was LOVELY! We were in Villa 1 and I honestly think that had the best view on the entire island. The rooms are very clean and the staff are lovely and will do anything they can to help you. The infinity pool is beautiful and it was never busy, which was great. It’s a very chilled place and we will definitely book again when we return to Koh Tao. Best sunset views 🌅🌅🌅

If you don’t plan to rent a scooter like us - expect some 15 minutes walk on the road to the center of town, or alternatively to take a taxi every time you go out or come back to the hotel. Also, take into consideration the hotel’s restaurant has a limited menu, but they do offer food delivery services.

Absolutely LOVED this place! We took the seaside deluxe suite and we got a gigantic room with a big balcony to watch the beautiful sunset. The bed was huge and comfy. Pool is really nice with the best view. Staff were kind and helpful - they helped us when we got a stomach virus on the island. Would definitely come back!

Nothing! The location is 5 minutes by car to Sairee beach and you can’t go there by walking. But because of that location the hotel was very quiet which was good for us.

The service was exceptional. The help desk helped with everything, from the taxi ordering, bike rental, food. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was big and clean, and the view was so beautiful.

Beautiful resort, nice rooms, new facilities, spotlessly clean, great pool and nice café. The only little downside was that it is at the very northern fringe of Sai Ri, about a 15 minutes walk from the village (fairly steep in parts), so that it is better to use a scooter or a taxi each time to get there (especially at night). At the same time, the somewhat remote location guarantees that you can get away from the bustle of Sai Ri.

Nothing specifically. The hotel is out of the town centre so you will need to either rent a scooter or pay for taxis, either way it’s not expensive to do so and so I would say it’s still worth staying outside of town for such a lovely hotel.

Amazing hotel with great views, especially for sunset. Staff were really kind and accommodating. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shared infinity pool was also a great bonus.

Absolutely everything is perfect here. Beautiful rooms, kind and helpful staff, the views are just incredible. They overbooked on the day we arrived, which they told us about prior, and we got upgraded to the villa for a night free of charge.
