Nice place, but important that People know you need to go by boat from Phi Phi to get there. I used about 1 hour treeking thru the Forest to get to Phi Phi senter, it was a Nice trip but I recommend shoes not flippers.

Not really much to do , you only get on the other side of the island for 800 Baht. Lots of insects in the Room and after a while also in ouer bed. The Facilities are very old and need a refresh. You can’t relax at the Pool because there is nothing to sit / lay.

We really enjoyed the location at the other side of Koh Phi Phi - it was really quiet and the beach from the SAii Resort was beautiful. The Resort was simple but fine. We had hot water & the Staff - especially the Guy on the Reception - was most of the time friendly.

You have to get a boat to the main island. They offer free boat service in the morning but if you want to go any other time of the day you have to pay 1500 bhat each way. You have to walk with your luggage into the sea to get on and off the boat because the tide goes in.

Was clean, staff were friendly, good loctatoon for the other part of phi phi, they had a swimming pool. We did our trip from this island there is a stall just next to the hotel and as there are hardly any people on the island it was only us on the tour and was a very nice experience.

The hassle of moving all the luggage from land to boat and then into the moterbikes and walking the way to the resort is a bit troublesome and inconvenient.

The place is located in a village away from the main Phi Phi city Center… the hotel offers a free pick and drop facility by boat… it’s around 20 mins away from The main Phi Phi pier…

The room and hotel is very basic and quite old. There were ants on the terrace so it was not nice to sit outsides and the pool is not very nice either.

Very great location, we discovered a calm part of Koh Phi Phi, with a beautiful not busy beach. The pool is great and the room is clean. The transfer from the prier was very cool.

The arrival & departure by long tail boat Accessing with tides made a walk through Sandflats with bags Transport very poor & no communication with staff to suggest on arrival were to catch the transfer We did arrive on time for arranged pick up.. Bathroom wasnt thoroughly cleaned. Floor and mirror both dirty. The reception is quite disorganized. There is a man who works with the resort to transport people to the main part of the island via long tail boat twice daily. He was supposed to transport 5 of us back to the resort at a specific time that was agreed upon. We waited 1 hour and when he never showed up we contacted the resort and they basically said he left early but theres nothing they can do that we would have to find our own transport. Overall poor communication.

Nice size room, affordable option in Phi Phi. Much quieter than many other areas. Close to restaurants and beach.

pricey considering this resort isn't closer to the main phi phi pier. you need to take another boat from the phi phi pier to Loh lana bay and walk approx 1km to reach here on the day of our return to phuket, the water level on loh lana bay was very low that the boats for transporting us back to phi phi pier couldn't come close to the shore. we had to walk with luggages on our heads and shoulders for more 500 metres in the sea water with water till our knees you can prefer this if you are travelling to phi phi with less luggage fyi this isn't the same as "Hip Seaview resort" in Google maps. this is "Hip hotel"

The pool didn’t have sun loungers/umbrellas like the photo (looked very dull) Getting to the main area of phi phi is expensive, 400 baht for one person one way on a longtail boat or an hour and half jungle trek The walls were thin so you could hear what other people were up to… Just be aware that there are prayers called from a mosque nearby, so at 5am this can wake you up.

Located in the small phi phi village area, so very quiet and peaceful Staff were friendly, and offered free pick up and drop off during check in and out :) The room was basic, had what you needed and clean. The AC worked really well. Local beach nearby is stunning (loh ba kao bay)

The stay was an additional ferry ride away from the main town of Phi Phi. So this place is not meant for groups looking to stay where the parties are at. The additional rides are also very uncomfortable for anyone travelling with lots of luggage. And any movement to the main town area incurs a steep cost to travel by ferry.

The shuttle service provided by the resort was complimentary and hence appreciated. The resort was located away from the mainland and hence it was calm and relaxing. The stay was comfortable and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The hosts were accommodating and polite.

• we were not far from the tower from which day and night (actually at 6 in the morning) a dude sang Islamic prayers through the gramophone, which looks indecent and obtrusive minor: • weak wifi in the room • tv has no hdmi
