Everything : location, size of the room , clean and comfortable so very full of charm . Hotel is in the center of Phuket town. Furniture is of a high quality. Extremely good value for money.Staff is a lso very nice. A balcony would have made thd room perfect.

There's not much to dislike, but there were a couple of things that might bother some people. First, the walls are not soundproof, so if you have noisy neighbors that could be an issue. Second, if you're staying on the second floor there is no elevator and no porter to carry your bags.

I've stayed in other restored heritage homes before, but none this nice or this comfortable. It's the kind of hotel where you want to just take some time and hang out because it's so lovely. The room had everything I could hope for - good AC, comfortable bed, nice washroom. Oh, and the location is superb - steps away from dozens of cafes and restaurants. I would absolutely stay there again. The one thing that possibly biases me is we may have had the best room in the place (214). We had windows that opened into the internal courtyard that provided total privacy and a bit of fresh air and sun. I noticed a lot of other rooms that had windows that opened up into hallways or common areas where people would be frequently walking by.

We liked everything.

What did we like? Everything…the room, lobby, location and friendly-professional staff. We had a Jr Suite that was quiet and spacious. We’re an active couple and slept in till 9am! And didn’t leave the room till check-out at noon 😁.

Light from bathroom in the morning can be quite bright.

Great location, very comfortable beds and friendly staff!! We had a late flight and although we couldn't have late check out we were able to store our luggage and use the shower room before departing.

There is no lift (this may be a problem for some with limited mobility) Room 203 is at the back and consequently more subject to the noises of the air conditioning machines, which may annoy some guests. Anyway, a hotel that I highly recommend.

Beautiful architecture of a classic hotel (all in wood). Comfortable bed and an excellent shower (a real waterfall). Staff always friendly and helpful. Well located (in the old center of Phuket) with easy access to bank, restaurants and local fruit market

Everything! The staff are like no other hotel! genuine, authentic and nothing is too much trouble. fast, efficient and top quality service (literally all of them)! The smell of sewage. When we arrived I really appreciated the nice nebulizer with a beautiful aroma in the bathroom. When we came back to the room very tired late in the evening we noticed the reason for the nebulizer which was empty in the meantime and switched off. It smelled awful. I found a soil runoff in the floor which was plugged with something and was hided with the dustbin standing on it. Not only the bathroom even the sleeping room smelled very badly. I left the bathroom light on all night to keep the ventilation running, but it smelled still very badly AND it was bright and loud. I was just too tired to change the room in the middle of the night. What really annoyed me was the fact that the hotel staff deliberately covered this up.

The on on Hotel has a very special charm that suited our taste perfectly. The staff were very courteous and friendly and the welcome was very warm. The room also impressed us in terms of furnishings and equipment. However, there was one very negative point that let us remember the room as the one of the worst of the journey: the smell of sewage
