The hotel is a lovely elegant old building oozing with character in the heart of old Phuket The staff were outstanding, especially Alan on the front desk who was charming and extremely helpful during the stay.

The air-con didn't properly work during the first 6 hours. The staff fixed it after we called them.

The old charm. So quaint & picturesque. Central to Old Town Phuket. Could walk anywhere from there & explore. Loved it.

Rooms weren’t particularly sound proof which is to be expected in an older hotel but we were lucky and didn’t hear too much noise from outside. Also there was no hot water in the morning. We only stayed one night and had to leave early so this didn’t really impact us but might have been an issue for a longer stay.

Beautifully restored heritage hotel in the centre of Phuket Old Town. Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Staff were excellent, and there were shower facilities you could use after check out, which was really helpful given the extreme heat when we visited. No breakfast provided but there is a cute little cafe next door, where you can grab a coffee.

Walls are thin so we could hear talks outside our room. Though we didn’t bother since we had a good sleep on comfortable bed.

The first room was just on the first floor landing and as a result quite noisy with guests coming back late. Staff were super quick to move me to a quieter room so I could enjoy peaceful nights

Great location in the heart of old town, the hotel offers comfortable stylish rooms for a perfect stay in phuket city. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. WiFi service and showers are awesome! And don’t miss the coffee shop which serves really tasty hot drinks.

My wife and I have been lucky enough to have multiple stays at The Memory at On-On, and it's always a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and charming, and located in the absolutely gorgeous Old Town. While everyone raves about the beaches of Phuket, Old Town is so, so worth a visit. While there isn't a full restaurant in the hotel, there are so many excellent places to eat within walking distance, and the fabulous Sunday night market is right outside the door. The cafe in the hotel serves drinks and small, delicious snacks, and is a wonderful place for people-watching. The beds are enormous and incredibly comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the historic building itself is just glorious. I can't recommend it more!

The location is very strategic in the old town. The room is very well decorated and exude a nostalgic feel. The receptionists are very helpful. A special thanks to Yaya who has been very attentive and patient with our question on our subsequent trip planning. The complimentary drinks and tit bit does help after a long journey.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff are all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean and along with the rest of the hotel decorated wonderfully. The location is great if you want to explore the old town. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough.

There is no parking on site. They have a reserved parking area which is a short walk away. On road parking Phuket town can be tricky although we did manage to find a space.

Beautiful period hotel in an authentic Sino Portuguese style building. Lots of unique features. Everything you need and even some free soft drinks in the mini bar…very unusual these days. The hotel is situated in the heart of Phuket town so all the major sites are in easy walking distance. There’s a lovely drinks/light snacks station for guests in the foyer. Very quiet location.
