Bad location if you want to visit the beaches but good for some excursions (as it’s near to pier) The excursions the hotel are selling are a ridiculous price and it’s more than half the price if you ask the lady outside (you need to bargain with her). And there was a weird smell in the toilet.

Staff are very nice and accommodating! Close to the Sunday night market and pier. Really good restaurant outside called Mom kitchen and library - great chicken with cashews. Clean, water bottle refilled every day, quick laundry service. Can use bolt to get to beaches for like 250 Bhat. Note that if you’re coming from the airport they have a shuttle bus which takes a little over an hour to get to the hotel, it’s for 100 bhat PP which is more convenient/ cheaper than getting a taxi.

There is no long mirror to see whole body in the room. Also, the pillow to sleep, neck pain when wake up in the morning.

This hotel is very vintage style. Have the taste of olden days. It is very clean and safe to stay here.

I can’t out a finger on anything was there for few hours only.

Unfortunately I was only staying there for one night but I can certainly highlight the location, the staff also seemed very friendly. I enjoyed the hotel kept in the old fashioned design as with Old Town Phuket is known for.

Whilst my room was fairly quiet due to nature of floorboards and room locations you do still hear other guests walking past.

Super nice location, just housed in the center of old town Phuket. Very welcome staff, updated our room into a suite. The overall decoration is exquisite, old fashioned.

The bathroom sliding doors aren't very noise cancelling. The only negative I can think of!

The room was the comfiest we found in Thailand. The location was great for seeing the vegetarian festival as the procession passes directly outside the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very central, perfect for exploring old town Phuket. In addition, the hotel is one of the historical and symbolic buildings of the city. If you are coming to Phuket for the first time and want to join the tours, hotel staff are very helpful in this regard. We would like to especially thank TAO for making our holiday unforgettable.

I was in luck having booked the nicest hotel in Phuket. Beautiful heritage hotel in the centre old Phuket town. Thank you On On Hotel team for assigning the room I requested for :). You will definitely have good night sleep @ On On, the room was so nice. best cafe, best fried rice restaurant at the same street. Happy guest will be back!

Overall, it was quite satisfactory, but there were issues during check-out as they claimed a towel was missing.

The atmosphere of the hotel was giving you the Old Town Phuket feeling.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Very colonial but yet modern with vibrant colours. They offered some free breakfast snack with no charge. Drinks in the chiller were free too! We arrived late, but the girl at the reception help carried our heavy bags up the stairs to our room. Very strong but sweet kinda girl. Location was nice as there were restaurants and cafes/pubs which were still operating til midnight. Overall it was a pleasant stay for our family.
