The location is a little away from the main Ao Nang area with all the restaurants and the vibe. Also may be they should charge for breakfast but definitely consider adding it.

The staff was very helpful and very warm. Lovely people all of them. They helped us get the motorbike and also book the shared shuttle to the airport. 🙂

I didn't like that the description says that it's 12 minutes walking from the beach, and that's a blatant lie. It's 29 minutes walking from the beach according to Google Maps.

The property is great. It’s about a 5 minute taxi from Ao Nang Beach or a 20 minute walk. Bare that in mind if you are looking for something super close.

Very comfortable, great rooms. The staff are very friendly. They also helped me book a taxi and shower after a day at the beach after I had checked out (before a flight).

Very dirty bathroom. Location was awful - so far away from the beach and any coffee. Not a lot of restaurants to choose from either. I thought it would be walkable to the beach but it’s uphill and dangerous being on a freeway. Also, the breakfast isn’t properly represented- was some cookies that aren’t rotated and instant coffee. The breakfast isn’t properly located in a room that is very hot so you really don’t want to stick around to make coffee. Staff was never available to assist with anything. Room was loud due to a pump in the ceiling. Super bummed on this place. Oh and for a 3 star hotel I expect a hot shower - no hot water.

The floors I guess. The view was nice but wouldn’t be for someone below the 4th floor or facing the highway.

Beach mat for rental even though you are a guest at the hotel, the motorbike prices are too high and no chance to bargain at all with the receptionist. This place just feels like a cold, impersonal hotel on a trafficated road.

Clean, well maintained, a bit away from the crazy part of Ao Nang wich is nice but on the other hand the hotel is on a noisy and big street.

unfortunately we had bugs on the main frame of the bed. We addressed the issues and they sprayed 3 times but they really didn’t go away… They weren’t bed bugs or anything harmful but it bothered us because it was in the bed…

The accommodations is quite nice for the money. You get a clean room and a breakfast room which is very convenient if you want to eat your on breakfast to stay cheap! The main receptionist is fluent in english and can help you with every booking you need!

While very kind- English speaking staff would be helpful. Also I was getting bitten by something in my room constantly although I kept everything shut.. bare in mind the walls are thin so hope you get better neighbours than I did, and there is no elevator..

the door didn’t full shut, so there was always a gap to look through (felt unsafe), the aircon key needed to be in the room to work so when we went out for the day we came back to a sweltering room which was hotter than being outside! balcony was tiny could barely fit 2 people on. shower so powerful it hurt to stand under

The hotel is quite a bit outside the center and the road can be quite noisy, i had the room facing the road. But at least no noise from the neary Mosque was audible, so it was OK.

To get down to the main seafront of Ao Nang took a 30-40 minute. This wasn’t too bad for us as we didn’t mind walking but just something to bear in mind. This did mean though that we were in a quiet part of town which was lovely. When we turned on the bathroom light a fan came on which was quite noisy and would squeak.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room was a decent size which included a balcony and was clean. The bed was comfy and they gave new water everyday.
