The bathroom is not good. In the shower there's always water, the whole day after showering. So there is mold at the walls. One can see that the hotel is quite used up. The breakfast was boring, only for British guests. Always the same. A five star hotel should have much better and varied breakfast. The room with food for breakfast was too small. There was a crowd and queue. The music at the bar swimming pool is much too loud and not good If you like to have some quiet.

The location is great and the private beach perfect. Very nice staff. Big rooms. Nice swimming pools.

The food was fine but service could be a bit slow even when the restaurants didn’t appear to be busy.

Lovely quiet location but close enough to get taxis easily. Pool was nice and warm and the rooms were bright and comfortable.

There were so many lights and I couldn’t get the fan to work. My bathroom tub jets weren’t working so I had to get it fixed.

I loved the atmosphere and the design of the place it felt like a tranquil space to relax. The staff was beyond kind to me. I came here for my birthday and it was the best money I could spend.

The resort is beautiful. The rooms were spacious and bright, the pools were perfect and the food and drinks were delicious. I was worried it was too far from Ao Nang, but this was a big advantage as Ao Nang was too overcrowded and hectic.

Breakfast could have a little more variety but it is still very much sufficient, same as the WiFi its okay but could be slightly stronger but apart from that not much I could have asked for more.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel is beautiful and very clean. Rooms are of great quality and even the insects are very controlled. Was very impressed overall and most importantly I was very much at peace. Can only recommend

Check out we had a disaster, they couldn't see that my card had gone through, as their machine was faulty, I had to re pay and they sorted problem out when I left, it was their error, they did apologise, but very unprofessional

Great rooms but ours was damp. This was cured by leaving the balcony doors open but feel there is a design issue here as a lot of condensation by the door

A bit poor breakfast options for such a lovely resort, but definately not bad.

Amazing resort with beautiful outdoor pool area, spa and bars! Lovely staff as well. Rooms just as pictured. It is a bit isolated from city area, but easily reached by Grab, so for us it was not a problem. Loved that they had on site activities such as muay thai lessons, pilates, kayaking etc.

One of the most disappointing aspects of the hotels service was the quality of the cocktails. They were some of the worst and weakest cocktails we have ever had the displeasure of drinking, this is a major weakness and IMHO needs urgent rectification. At twice the cost of cocktails generally in Thailand, this is a big negative👎.

We stayed here for four nights on our way from Bangkok to the islands. The accommodation is excellent with large rooms (we booked a garden room). At 45sq metres, this is more than adequate. The bathroom had side by side washbasins, a separate toilet and a spacious shower room with full size free standing bath. Housekeeping was excellent. Water was replaced daily and rooms made up each day. Shower gels etc replaced as required. The bed was huge (Queen) and offered us great sleep quality. We ate several meals at both the Azure and Fin Bars/Restaurants. The menu is the same at both. The quality of the dishes we selected was very good although we felt the range was small.

- the breakfast could be improved, pastries were not so good and the choice of savoury dishes a bit random - some guests of the hotel were not respecting the adults only pool rule, and were bringing their children there to play. The staff should impose the rules more because that bothers the other guests.

Very beautiful hotel, location is outside the center which is good, especially if you are coming to relax
