I chose this hotel on the recommendation of a friend and I really had an experience far beyond my expectations! It is located in a great location; the pool of infinity is almost like a dream, I admired the view. The employees are incredibly friendly and positive, the service is extremely fast. Everything was so perfect that I think this hotel is not 5 stars, even 6 stars is less! 😊 Definitely a place I will come back again.

The hill that you have to walk up is the only downside about the apartment/hotel

We are relatively fit and healthy people! The reviews about the hill aren’t wrong - especially when your taxi driver refuses to go up and you have to lug your cases up there! The whole place is just a little tired, the internal atrium that you walk through to your rooms has water damage and is lacking any character - nice lights or pictures/plants! Also our room with a balcony was facing trees very, very close to the balcony and it made our rooms very dark we didn’t sit out there much as the view wasn’t great! The pool area needs umbrellas, it is a fabulous sun trap but with zero shade. There is som much space up there not being utilised well! It could be spectacular! THIS WOULD NOT STOP US STAYING AGAIN! By the way we stayed in the Unity part the Bliss is a separate building even further up!

The size of the apartment and the use of a washing machine and fridge freezer were welcome after travelling for a month. The roof top pool and views are excellent. Kartoon & Bah were our point of call and she responds immediately via WhatsApp - you don’t get a better service than these two women. Excellent!!

This is a nice condo. We stayed at one bedroom apartment with an excellent kitchen, the washing machine was a huge plus^^ we also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool with amazing view. What really makes this condo standout though is the management staff, Bah & Fah. These two ladies were super prompt with all our requests, they do their best to help you with anything, very professional!! This condo is a short walk to variety of convenient stores, restaurants ( Little Turkey restaurant) walkable distance to Patong beach. We are happy to recommend to others^^

The location was central yet set back and quiet .The apartment was spacious and well equipped . Comfortable bed and pillows .Rooftop pool was very relaxing with great views and suitable for swimming lengths .Friendly efficient team from check in with the lovely bah and the cleaning team the accommodation is kept spotless. If travelling from Phuket airport the best way to travel to the unity is on the 100 baht smart bus, the stop to get off is Patong beach , then walk up the main road 10 minutes and it’s on your left

The hill is nothing to play with but you will get your workout on lol and my room hot water did not get hot but it was hot outside so I didn't care as much .

The property is very clean staff is amazing. Location is central to the beach area amazing food and shopping as well.

Loved it all.

The staff , the location , the gym , the pool , the cleanliness of the building and apartment and that no request ever seemed an effort with the staff. ! Loved my whole time and experience here , especially over the Christmas week.
