Where do I start.. wifi- unusable, it simply does not work, it’s an open network with 3 different wifi names and not a single one was any use. Very disappointing for this day and age. Gym- can only be described as disgusting and out dated, rust on machines, no cloths or sprays for hygiene, no working air con. Room- the fridge hadn’t been cleaned out from the previous people staying there, there was a very unsecured adjoining door to the next room (who we didn’t know?), our bathroom sink was blocked for 3 of the 5 nights we stayed, and the main bathroom light over the sink was gone and only replaced the day before we left. Pool/hotel - the staff really didn’t seem that friendly or warm. It’s bizarre that you had to sign in and out the pool towels, Especially when they were so stained. The reception were very cold and unwelcoming and didnt even greet us with a hello when we were checking out, just rudely stared at us and asked what we wanted.

On the day of leaving, the staff wouldn't assist with transport. I had a broken finger and couldn't carry luggage and after reception saying they could take me to my next stop, the driver stopped out the front of the hotel and refused to take me. I was extremely disappointed as they have in house transportation but wouldn't provided the service and tried to get me to pay for the trip to the front of the hotel. I booked accommodation elsewhere as I wasn't impressed with rooms or the service.

Location is fine if you don’t mind a short walk to town (we didn’t mind at all!). Taxi service is quite expensive

Bathroom smelled awful likely from the pipes, had to go a roundabout way to get to the room up one elevator across a bridge down and up a flight of stairs, gave us a ghetto room w bars on the windows. The women at the front desk were really nice and friendly though.

The doors/walls were very thin so it was noisy. Not much choice at breakfast & not enough staff so tables were often untidy, no glasses for juice etc.

The swimming pool was fantastic.

Stayed as a couple in a double bed studio, the rooms spacious had everything you need including complimentary tea, water, kettle and ice cold air con which you need in this heat. The hotel gym and pool were also a bonus, the drinks at the pool bar were cheaper than in any other bars. Location was perfect 5 min walk to 7 eleven and a 24h supermarket located across the road. 10 min walk to Samui mall and 5 min walk to beach. Definitely recommend

It’s abit far from the Main Street but that’s fine.

Very relaxing hotel with nice friendly staff and the pool is amazing and if you fancy a drink you can get some for a great price!

Wifi is terrible, the worst I've ever had in a hotel. Disconnects at least every 15 minutes and even when you are connected its horrendously slow. AC barely works too room never got below 25 degrees. Weird rules like 500 baht deposit then they inspect your room at the end to give it back. Said they'd charge us because a water bottle was missing in our room but they just hadn't looked hard enough. Hotel is half split between two buildings so you have to elevator up one side, walk down a connector then take stairs up the other. Overall wouldn't recommend, fine room but so many downsides its worth looking elsewhere.

Good location in chaweng. Pool is nice to have, good grocery store right behind it very convenient. Room is big and has a fridge which is nice. Bed is okay, not too comfy but for the price in Thailand its good.

Extremely noisy in the morning by the staff cleaning the other rooms due to lack of soundproofing. There was a terrible smell from the shower and also from the water in the pool.

Out stay at Verticolor was awesome. Walking distance to shops,bars and restaurants. The staff were really friendly. We actually extended our stay by four days. Great value for the money.

Best hotel in koh samui if you want to stay away from the loud music on the main strip. Pool, outstanding staff and the rooms are great plus it’s only a 10 minute walk to the main strip (no noise when sleeping here)
