The hotel is amazing. The pool, the garden, the view on the rooftop and the kindness of the staff made this stay an unforgettable experience. I don't put a 10 because my bathroom had a bad smell the whole time (and they couldn't do anything to change it though they tried) and they didn't have hot water in the shower. But everything else was top notch!

Bathroom water heater was broken and air conditioner is very weak for such a nice hotel. Staff was able to fix water heater but air conditioner needs to be replaced.

We had a perfect stay in a great, comfortable room! The mattress and pillows were super cozy, the hot shower was perfect, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the upstairs restaurant with its amazing mountain view ⛰️—just wow! 🤩 The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. There’s also a small, cute gym and a lovely swimming pool area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The shower temperature was slightly more than lukewarm, so not very nice in the mornings. We had to ask them not to spray perfume in the room. It was really noxious smelling. Breakfast buffet was disappointing, given how great their lunch and dinner options are. Eggs were runny, limited choices. We ended up skipping our free breakfasts and going out instead.

The view of Chiang Dao mountain from our room was stunning. The staff at the restaurant and front desk are lovely and well-trained. The bed was comfortable. Delicious food at the restaurant.

The view from the hotel is amazing especially from the rooftop terrace. The room was lovely and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. There was a good choice at breakfast and the restaurant in the evening was great too. A fabulous place to stay. The pool area was gorgeous too.

Absolutely great views, and such lovely staff. Our battery died in the morning and we thought we couldn't go the hotsprings...But the lovely young man at the front desk organised transport for us, and for our car to get a new battery!

It was expensive for Chiang Dao but everything was perfect, you get what you pay for!

Everything was great, bed and pillows were comfortable, room was spacious and clean. The facilities were awesome, great pool and a small but functional gym. The views from the rooftop are amazing and the (included) breakfast was decent

There was a minor bad smell coming from the bathroom so we made sure to keep the door closed.

The view was absolutely incredible in the day time. The location was also really good for getting around the various sites of Chiang Dao. I came up using a motorbike and found this hotel to be an ideal base for my travels.

There were a few small room-details missing from a 4-star norm I’ve experienced. Building needed better soundproofing. The pool was dirty and breakfast was disappointing.

Staff at the restaurant is very friendly, but it’s hard to communicate in English. This is a challenge when ordering food or asking questions about it.

The property is new and beautiful. Rooms and facilities are spectacular.

The breakfast quality wasn't up to standard for the rest of this high quality hotel, and there needs to be much much more vegetarian options for the restaurant menu. This was the only thing that made our stay here tricky, in what was otherwise a very satisfactory stay

Beautiful modern hotel with spacious and spotlessly clean bedroom and hot powerful shower, some of the best pool facilities we have come across, and overall a very well designed hotel. We were able to have early check in, arrange motorbike / moped rental through reception, and very friendly staff
