Shower hot water system not working during my 7 nights stay, i told the reception ladys and no one came to check or fix it. Very overpriced during high season.

Second stay at this hotel, small room but clean, room with balcony is ok for solo traveler . Location ok but about 25 min walk to the center

The electricity only works with the key card, means no charging and no working fridge when you are gone.

I thought our room was going to have a balcony, but when we showed up, it didn't have one. This was super disappointing for us. The backyard is nice but often smells like sewage because there is a sewage drainage swamp directly behind the property. Even though this property is across from the ocean, you cannot access it due to all of the "private properties" blocking the space. They won't let you walk through. It's pretty crappy. But, you can walk for awhile or take a scooter to get to some different beaches. Never did I see so many properties in Thailand blocking the beach access. Terrible policy. No where to hang wet clothes or swimming suits.

The staff were very friendly and spoke Thai with me! They also speak some English. They are super kind. There is a very cute orange kitty named "Lost" or "Lod" in Thai because they don't say the "ST" sound. Please feed him treats and give him love. He is the sweetest. The staff kept the place very clean. The room is rather small but the private bathroom was nice. Having a room with a balcony would be better. We thought that was what we were getting but it was not. There are off-site laundry mats just up the road for you to do laundry. It doesn't really have a hostel vibe though. There are no common areas except for the few chairs in the front of the lobby and the "suan yom" small garden in the back. However, it is usually quite smelly, especially if there is a breeze. We lived here for a month. Not the greatest place ever but a decent value. The fridge in the room was very nice but there is no kitchen. The beach is SO CLOSE but you CANNOT access it without traveling to one of the entry ways. They have scooter rental and parking at this "hostel" but the woman up the street has better scooters and better helmets so I recommend renting from the travel shop instead for the same price.

Bad smell from shower drain, solution - to keeping the shower door always closed and the shower window open.

The rooms are really small and the location is a bit far from the chaweng beach but it’s not too bad, the street is walkable

The staff were amazing! Very helpful and the hostel offers a trip to pig island which was very comfortable

-Pretty small room -ac was old or needed cleaning, it worked but blew an old, musty smell -NO window screen on the window!!!!! Makes the window pointless because once you open it an army of mosquitos fly into your room! Making it impossible to ever open the windows!!!! -Please put window screens on your windows!!!

The rooms are very small, and the walls and doors are very very thin, you can hear someone walking up the stairs even being the furthest room away. Cleaners accidentally woke us up due to their alarm constantly going off every 10 minutes. The hotel is about a 20 minute if not more walk to the main part of Chaweng road and the beach is a similar walk.

The property was nice, comfy beds and a good view from the balcony rooms. Good value for money for what it is.

Room is very small - can be difficult to get into/ out of bed. Perfect for short stays but any longer and it would have been difficult. Location is a little far from town/ restaurants etc.
