- Chillax hut is now moved away into the hill, not cosy, too dark and the AC running too cold (before it had sea-view, was painted and lighted bright and included a refreshing drink after the massage, which you could endulge on the balcony with seaview) - checkin-procedures were in our pov too hostel-like and too cool, which we found not suitable for this level of hotel

- beautiful naturally embedded hotel - loved to return here for the third time - staff around restaurant, kitchen and room-cleaning

I didn’t like coffee at breakfast, or the massage I had there

Garden room is really good value with large bathroom. Great swimming pool and reasonable taxi rates (compared to rest of island). Most importantly for me lovely staff. Short walk to lovely beach for a snorkel too. I would definitely recommend.

Nothing - it was fabulous

Beautiful location, unique rooms, wonderful staff and delicious breakfast, this hotel has it all! The staff could not help enough. The food was fab in the evening too. We had a meal in 2 other locations and didn’t like them as much as here. We had the garden rooms and bugs were not an issue that some reviews had suggested. We did the long tail boat trip as a family and it was a highlight- saw turtles in 2 locations, beautiful coral and the biggest shoals of fish imaginable. We used the free shuttle for a trip to Sariee beach too and it was seamless. We stayed 5 nights but I could have easily stayed a lot longer. You can get into the nearby cove easily too.

The original room was very small and the bathroom was poor- chipped tiles, poor shower, dingy. Lots of steps to everywhere!

The last night we were given a beautiful room. Great breakfast, beautiful staff in dining area.

The staff is amazing, always friendly and super helpful. Excellent service. The food is also very good, both the Thai food and the European food are of the best quality. Don't forget to order freshly made juice as well, they're awesome!

The only thing that bothered me was the mandate room service charge, even to get water delivered to the room.

Loved the resort overall. The view from my room overlooking the sea was breath taking. The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly especially Pierra and Htet Htet (Hope I have spelled their names correctly). Had an amazing experience.

I loved the place but the steps are a killer hahah, one way to get your cardio in!😀

The property was stunning! Our room had a lovely balcony and it was private. Super comfortable beds. The place is quite bougie so expect to pay more if eating/drinking in the resort. I loved my stay here, very peaceful.

Lots and lots of stairs and steep paths to get around the resort, which can be hard in the heat. As it in up a hill it’s quite hard to get to other bays walking, but hotel did offer cheaper taxis. Taxi service stopped at 9.30pm and taxis to the areas of lots of bars and restaurants very expensive! Not a huge amount of night life around the area and have to go across the beach, over a bridge and through a restaurant in the dark at night time. No free drinking water at the pool even if hotel guests and 100 baht for a large water- which was ridiculous!!

Really helpful staff who booked all trips & ferry for us with no extra cost. Beautiful resort with nice pool and loungers. Breakfast really good too with lots of choice. Very nice place to relax in Koh Tao. Restaurant lovely too but very expensive in comparison to other local ones.

No toilet at the bar meaning you have to walk over 100 steps to pay a visit, really not good and also the bar shut at 10pm, a bit early!!

It was much farther than expected and the transfer services the hotel offered were only every other day. There was a strong smell of sewer in our bathroom.

Everything. The location oceanfront was stunning. The food was amazing consistently breakfast, lunch and dinner. What really made it exceptional though was the staff. All extremely patient, friendly and kind. Unfortunately there was a group staying at the same time as us who were consistently demanding, rude and void of any common decency. They spoke terrible to the staff and not once said please or thank you. The staff smiled and continued on serving them with grace and immense patience whilst being so professional. I applaud them. We have just rebooked to return next year.

Bathroom smelt a bit damp from being closed up. Could benefit from an extractor fan. Only one hanging rail for clothing, some shelves would be great. Sun loungers at the pool area were a bit shabby. Gardens could do with a bit more upkeep.

Views for days. Our sea view room was very comfortable and had a fantastic view. Very comfortable room, very clean. Lovely pool area with a great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with a view you can’t beat.

A bit tricky to get into main area of Ko Tao but not really an issue as hotel taxi service was great.

We had a bad experience checking in at an Air BnB villa where we had to check out straight away and then i found this resort and it accepted my small dog The staff were great, the room was perfect and i had the best sleep in weeks Its just 5 minutes from everything you need an amazing spot and views just to chill

The location is amazing, its looks like in the middle of a jungle. I don’t drive a motorbike but you can book taxis with them very cheap. The pool is amazing too. Yes to everything

The resort is pretty isolated, you have to climb some hills to get there. So if you want to explore the island a little bit you need for sure to rent a bike. The reception is very helpful and can do this for you. Otherwise, they can also call a cab and you pay around 150-200 bath for a trip/ person. The rooms are very nice, but take into consideration that you are surrounded by island vegetation so a lot of mosquitoes are present during night. The room is not so big and the bathroom smells a little bit because there is no ventilation there.

The resort is very nice, the restaurant has delicious food and the staff is friendly and polite. We had a seaview room and the balcony was big and lovely. Breakfast is very good and you have a variety of food cause is not the same every day. The pool is excellent for the hot weather in Thailand. Very charming resort overall.

No shelves to put things away, no large mirror, just a small one in the bathroom, weak water pressure in the shower.

Loved everything about it. Rooms were stunning, location is amazing, staff super friendly. 10/10 experience!! Only had 3 days here could have easily done 2 weeks!!
