Despite placing the sign requesting room cleaning, no one came while we were out. We had to call 3–4 times before they finally arrived. The spoon was not cleaned properly, and we could see that the housekeeping staff was only doing a superficial cleaning. Additionally, the room did not provide toothpaste or a toothbrush, even though the hotel charges a higher price per night. The booking description should state "partial sea view" rather than "sea view." There was also an issue with the TV channels, and the staff took a long time to reprogram them. Really not worth recommending.

The steep stairs leading to the reception. They claimed of a restaurant and a pool but that's in their so called sister hotel in another building.

A little disappointed as my room at 309 had some foul smell coming from the basin. And I found croakroch in my room.

Was not cleaned properly. Sand from previous people still all through the room. Bed was like a ROCK. The mini fridge barely worked. The noise from the street was absolutely insane. Not a single inch of sleep. Checked out early and forfeited the money… was not worth staying to loose more sleep in somewhere so disgusting.

Room is small, shower doesn’t have good water pressure. The swimming pool doesn’t exist. It was one of the most expensive hotel in Thailand with poor facilities. It follows the “budget” model, but not with a reasonable price. I would not return.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel, was very pleased that we felt we picked the perfect one especially for 32 days.

The location was excellent as was the STAFF, always smiling and so friendly. Loved that you are right in all the excitement of town but can go to the pools at Krabi Tipa to just totally chill out. Food and service excellent also. Loved the staff at both facilities, made our stay exceptional. So easy to book all the wonderful excursions right there also. And the whole resort is just so beautiful, highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Very good location close to the beach with a beautiful warm and clean water and the boats ready to take you to visit another islands. All the shops and restaurants nearby also good for the night life. Nice resort with a nice swimming pool and good service

I booked a delux double room with sea view as it was our wedding anniversary and after I’d paid and had it confirmed I was sent a message saying we could only have a partial sea view!! Our room was 3rd floor and we had view of back of hotel washing area and carpark! Very disappointed as I did ask to be moved but they wouldn’t accommodate it and no refund!!

The location of the hotel is great, a few minutes walk to the beach and long boats. Hotel had self service laundry available for guests to use which was very helpful. Staff were generally very helpful and friendly.

The air conditioner was broken, we had to keep calling the engineer to fix it in the middle of the night. Shower was not clean at all. Price quality ratio is poor, too expensive.

The staff aren’t helpful, we had to ask couple times to clean the room, we had toilet problem for entire day. The pool isn’t in the hotel, the pool was dirty for two days.
