Breakfast spread was disappointing. Service was okay. Rooms are very dated and need of some TLC. Water pressure in the shower was a joke.

The hotel is old and the rooms badly need refurbished. Shower would only allow cool water through and bathroom fittings were very tired. General infrastructure around the hotel works, but is aging. I'm really not convinced it is worth the premium charged.

The location is great with its own private beach and lagoon. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food okay but not great. Diving facility right on site is very convenient.

Overall hotel staff were great, friendly, and exhibited customer service. The masseuse did not for a massage that cost about $100 U.S. Massage is about energy exchange, the woman never introduced herself, asked me about what areas I wanted her to focus on or level of pressure. She just didn’t seem happy to be there. When I shared info with her, she never acknowledged it. When she worked on my face, she slathered the same oil all over it, body oil is generally not same stuff you use for the face because it can clog pours given sensitivity of skin on the face. When she was done, she just walked out the room and said nothing, I didn’t know she’d left. My mistake was to tip her which she didn’t acknowledge or even say thank you. This is not someone you want working at this level of place on people who are vacationing. Frankly wanted to take a shower afterwards to wash away her energy.

The food was awful. The pillows were too small The menu was not that of Tobago. Who has tomato Choko with whole tomatoes? How can you serve bar be Que chicken for dinner and lunch? Food needed for variety and the Caribbean taste. Food was very bland. Dinner should start at 6 not 7 I paid for all inclusive and could even get a sandwich or fries at 3-7pm.

I only liked the lagoon.

Very dated, items like glass table in the room was broken, shower fixtures broken maintenance tried to fix it but the water was either too hot or too cold, not enough sockets (had the exact same issue the last time I stayed no where to plug the kettle in) wifi signal weak. There were ants in the room and my son left with several bumps on his back from being bit.

The shower in our room was weak and took longer to wash. The staff were mainly friendly but one of the reception managers had a bad attitude throughout our stay. The service was very slow from beach bar restaurant. The swimming pool was not clean and the gym equipment was dated and some items did not work and gym ceiling had some cobwebs. The hotel was tired - could do with some modernisation as it felt like somewhere in the late 70's / 80's

the breakfast buffet was great. The bedroom & bed was comfortable. The private beach facility was good. The surrounding gardens were beautiful and well maintained.

Breakfast was alright. Nothing special. In another words, its comparable to a Holiday Inn breakfast (Yes, they had a omelet station but other than that, I would preferred a Denny's breakfast. Not 4 star hotel breakfast

The facilities could be better. Too dated. The lobby could be more attractive. Too gloomy. Where are the local artifacts, music, flowers, birds, carnival costumes. They really suffered during covid. The buffet is also not a buffet and food was not value for money.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach and pool was lovely. The entire facility was extremely clean.

Found that the breakfast selection was limited to four items only; it was served a la carte and not buffet style. Dinner was disappointing. We ordered pork ribs: ribs were slightly burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside. The dinner menu was also limited. Customer service at dinner felt like we were tolerated. Also, there are no elevators, a humbug when you have luggage.

Nice location right next to the beach. Peaceful surroundings. Facilities were being maintained daily. Nice Gym. Friendly staff. not much else was great.

I liked having the beach steps away from my room, the friendly staff, the manicured garden, the vintage glam ambience of the place, the location and the buffet breakfast.

The rooms smelled old like there was mold, the was no mix of hot and cold water only hot or cold in the shower and there was absolutely no water pressure it was extremely slow. The air condition wasn’t cooling. One of the path where we had to pass to get to the room smelled like a sewer.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay and the dinner was enjoyable.

The mix-up with the booking - I feel completely ripped-off. I booked 2 double queen rooms for 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids were aged 8, 12, 12 and 17. I was told that the 12 year old kids were considered adults.

The breakfast was good - plenty of selection and made to order eggs. The beach is obviously very nice and chill.

The AC was aimed at the bed making it to cold to sleep, and with it off it was too hot to sleep. The shower did not work properly. The ventalation in the rooms mad ea lot of noise. There were 3 pillows. Every morning the bathroom was covered in paper mess that came out of the vents. The chair in the patio broke as soon as my wife sat on it and she was almost injured.

The beach was nice and quiet.
