Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandRoom was quite small, but i'm not very fussy and I stayed mostly outside so it was not a problem :)
Great place with cozy rooms and a swimming pool! Treat if you don't have a car and for some reason you are just staying in Trinidad without enjoying beaches in Tobago. Very nice staff, everything was clean and tidy, and the ladies were very helpful. Also, the area is very safe which is HUGE considering current situation in Trinidad - surveillance 24/7, area with government buildings, atractions and a few embassies - couldn't be safer, unless renting around president's house. Also, very close (5-10 mins) to food venues, a few markets and a nice alcohol store to buy yourself a bottle for the evening. Top notch place, will recommend for my friends for sure and if I'll ever be back, I'll be coming back there!

Trinidad and TobagoI a not keen on the no-visitor policy. This meant that anyone who wanted to see us had to meet us outside the property. I also disliked that the room door opens immediately into the bed area. It didnt appear like that when i viewed the photos of the place before.

United KingdomThe Blue Jean room lack a place to prepare food, a solution would be a cutting board that could fit across the drawer under the microwave when opened, so that there is a surface to work on. This is a minor detail, but I hope it is useful
The staff were more than accommodating and flexible to our needs. They were warm and friendly. The accommodation was good and comfortable with air-conditioning that was easy to control.

Trinidad and TobagoThis location forces you to keep to a return time. On vacation, plans change, and if you're out past 11pm, you have to let them know so someone can open the external gate for you. ( This is not bad as it supports safety) A suggestion could be to provide guest with a fob to open the external gate should they be returning late. Persons can be out trying to enjoy themselves, yet stressing about returning on time to get inside the compound. Otherwise, it's a beautiful place to recuperate.
Can't go wrong with Kiskadee Korner when you want some alone time or a home away from home experience. The area is quiet, and that's a plus if you don't particularly want a space with young children. The place is well maintained, and the staff are quick in responding to your requests/ inquiries either in person or on whatsapp. They meet you halfway in getting you booked should you have any issues, and that's good customer service. Would definitely recommend it.

I also appreciated that the room came with a larger refrigerator than the standard mini-fridge as well as all the other standard amenities. The bathroom was exceptional and quite spacious. All in all, the location is well suited for a couples getaway.
