Breakfast.might have been great but, at $40USD, way overpriced. Who eats $40 worth of eggs and sausages??

Cleaners could improve their professionalism. Bathroom mats must be replaced. Hairdryer should be included in the room. Carpets require a deep cleaning. The 21% tax is too high. Wait time to receive refund on security deposit too long.

Perfect location for working in POS. Great proximity to Water taxi service. Secured car parking facility. For South residents, it could save 2.5 hours drive time on mornings. The most reasonably priced hotel in POS.

The pool was never in use … the toilet was broken in our room and we had to repack and switch to another room .. Staff was great … Location great

The dirtiness by the pool area tho, its really dusty out there... i dont know what it is, but some little metal object went in one of my daughters' feet in the pool

My time there was well spent the family had a blast, the staff were really, really helpful and pleasant... Don't mind booking again.... 👀 without the children, btw 🤫😂

several front desk lady and cafeteria ladies, one of them showed me a very mean face during the whole time when i asked her questions(she wears a lot of golden jewelry) ; one of cafeteria lady gave me a burned sandwiche, and no ketchup(why i found out is because I ordered three times of the same sandwiches, the last 2 times, i was given ketchup and sauce and a lot of cheese )

The doorman and several front desk lady, they are super nice and helpful.

The breakfast was good just wish there was more variety. The front desk staff, Nicholas, was very helpful and warm in every way.

I booked a King Size bed and when I got to the counter, they said they didn't have what I ordered.

The room had some issues like the water being scorching hot in the taps and no plugs for the coffee machines. It was not the room I booked but I understood that this can happen at times, just didn't expect it to be that bad. I had to brush my teeth and wash my hands with bottled water.

The front desk staff is always so polite and it's always nice that they remember that I always stay there.

I wanted to take a swim in the pool, but it look a little dirty.

The first night I stayed at the hotel the shower did not work well. At the end of my shower the bathroom was nearly flooded.

The receptionist with whom I worked was efficient and very pleasant.

The room was on the side with the fire station, where a blaring alarm is activated every time a vehicle exits not necessarily for a fire truck, so this was quite annoying and frequent and at nights often disturbed the peace and sleep as I sleep light.

Did not have breakfast in your facility because there was no option for breakfast during booking. I tried to incorporate meals but you did not have that choice on your booking site.

It was my wedding anniversary and made reservations for the 360 restaurant however on Sunday night I was told it is closed......however the restaurant supervisor I believe a short light skin curly hair girl..she offered a complimentary bottle of preseco and tried her best to make our night good so it turned out great would definitely visit again
