The bed room is too small, no window. Not many toilets and there were dirty with mould. Everything look pretty old. Not good hostel.

Bed 121-L was moldy, and at night my hands got bit 13 times by something. I also had a weird rash after sleeping there. I informed the staff that it might be mites or bed bugs, but I didn't see any bed bugs. Also, the "privacy" curtain is more like a "privacy" mesh

Its hard yo bet the location and the whole breakfast thing is nice too.

Standard double room is not standard. Seriously over-charge for such room. It is more like a double bed capsule room with no space to place 2 bags for 2 person and no walking space. General aircon has no heater. Toilet smelly from drainage.

1. No hot water kettle in room. Can’t make tea or coffee in room 2. No hot air conditioner. Cold in the room. We ask for extra quilt but has to pay $200 extra for each quilt 3. Staff is not friendly

The hostel is located in a building with several other hotels. So the entrance was pretty hard to find for me. Unfortunately the place is extremely dirty. When you enter the lobby, you can see the carpet which is old and dusty with stains all over. The bathroom is filled with mold. You don't feel clean after a shower at all. Plus, there is a musty smell inside. The windows are dusty.

- The staff is lovely. They accepted that I leave my suitcase before check-in and well after check-out. - The bed was clean and the sheets fresh. - Located in the heart of Ximen. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. - Slippers are provided.

No clean staff, if your room is dirty there is no cleaning service.

I arrived at Taipei late at night and the staff are already going home, they're available around 08.00 - 22.00 only, but they offer me self check in room. If you arrive late at night you must confirm first to their admin on Line platform. I confirmed it a week early and they provide everything I need, the location is very strategic near Ximending Night Market and Ximen Station, definitely will come back for my next visit.

Mold by the a/c vents, bathroom - did not feel clean or healthy to stay in the room. Booked another hotel and left after my first night - the first time I've left a hotel reservation early.

Hostel charged 100 twd for leaving luggages over a night before the day of your check-in time Curtains separate beds are very thin and you can see others person in their bed, it’s really no privacy, I have to cover the curtain with my coat and my towel. The light in the bed is also extremely dark. There is also no box or something to put my things.

Place was smelly, especially if you walk past the shared dormitory rooms. The shower curtain in our toilet was stained and mouldy. Wifi was almost non existent. When i feedback to staff, they said it was because there were too many users, nothing they could do. I will not stay again.

Very disturbing. Room is not soundproof at all. Doors banging, people showering and hairdrying all night right next door. lockers are just outside. People packing, unpacking and slamming locker doors all night. There is a sign saying no noise after 11pm, which is a joke because it is neither followed by the guests nor enforced by the staff. Staff refused to waive cancellation fee so I could book the double room upstairs. I stayed 2 nights, felt ill from lack of sleep and the third nite, although I had paid, I went to stay at another hotel.

It’s a hostel. The bed I was given was on the floor. There’s no air ventilation in the little cube so it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Other guests were noisy, so it was hard to sleep, but that’s no fault of the hostel itself.

The social areas were nice. There’s also large lockers in the room. Private bathrooms. Decent location from Ximen station.

There are fire drills happened twice in the mid night 4am on one day and another which I am being disturbed very much and having poor conditions for the day. I really hope this is only special case.

Location is good as it near to Ximen mrt station. Room is cleaned upon requested at the counter which maybe good if you need the privacy. There is a mini common pantry for all which sitting area for a rest if you are back from the outside where weather is hot. There are drinks provided and you can make your tea with tea bags given. Cup/plates are there for used; clean after your own use. There is no hot water boiler in the room, you can use the microwave oven to boil the water for hot drinks or heat up your food.
