The property should provide clear instructions on how to get to the property. The entrance is unnoticeable inside the mall with no signs of AJ Residence. It took us a while to figure it out. The front desk is on 5th floor. We need to call the receptionist to come down to bring us up. The property should definitely inform the guests in advance such procedures.

Super convenient location. Connected to Taipei main station via a mall. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment for four people with two toilets.

Though we're at 15F, the car noise from the streets is a bit annoying to my family. I recommend thinking about it if you're sensitive to noise during the night. It is not straightforward to catch the earliest Airport MRT, it took me an hour to figure out the opening hours of doors, escalators, and elevators to the airport MRT station a day before our flight. Still, this is not an issue of the hotel, just a reminder for travelers.

It is a fantastic experience, a clean and well-maintained property, and at a perfect location. My family loves it and definitely will come back next time. We also like having a kitchen to prepare our breakfast. The hotel host was so kind to celebrate the mid-autumn festival with us.

Finding the address was not straight forward. It was in the booking réservation. The adresse on the property page is not exact

Staff was very helpful and communication via LINE was great. Anything was answered quickly. The rooms are big, modern and with lots of free pluses. The location is great, with direct access into a mall with food court and grocery store. You can also access the météo system directly via underground mals.

Lots of elevator transfers to get up to the apartment, but that’s the nature of the building. A little more expensive than we planned on.

The accoms was very clean & had everything we needed (toiletries, combs, towels, many hangers, umbrellas, iron, snacks and drinks). It's very spacious with three rooms, two toilets, kitchen and living room. There's housekeeping everyday so rubbish is cleared daily and beds tidied up. Many sockets available and TV offered many channels. It was very easy and not time consuming at all to check in and check out. Team also assisted to book a taxi for us to return to the airport and walked us to the taxi.

The TV had a clear plastic door in front of it. We had to prop this open with a bar stool to allow us to change stations with the remote and to properly hear the sound. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Pleasant, quiet and well equipped apartment very close to the Taipei Main Station complex. It looks very similar to the Booking.com photos. The washing machine worked well (thanks to Google Translate) and there plenty of hanging space on the balcony. There was a reasonable selection on English language movies on TV. There is a big shopping mall below the apartment. It has a good supermarket with lots of European style food, eg breakfast cereal, wine. So, the apartment is good to stay towards the end of a Taiwan trip if you are prone to Chinese food burn out. The reception team sent us an email to saying phone them when we reached a specified station exit. This worked well, as reception is on the 5th floor of an apartment building. Knowing where the apartment is located in relation to the station is worthwhile. The walkways around Taipei Main Station is mostly underground. We popped up on the wrong side of the street first up.
