- Bicycles were not in a great condition, hard to ride them (especially in the warm weather). The hotel didn’t have any tool to adjust the seat - Drying machine didn’t work properly, had to go downstairs 4 times in the late evening to throw another coin in and still ended up hanging the clothes all over the room

Room：Not provided toothpaste, toothbrush, shaver， paper bag/plastic bag, Breakfast：food selection very very limit. Hotel front desk staff help us to arrange 08:50 AM for eating our breakfast, when we arrive to the restaurant, all food is finished, 2 restaurant staffs not helpful too, face look unwilling. When ask to refill the food, just inform us finished.

The room was absolutely freezing and air con could not be turned off. Staff said it’s centrally controlled. We sucked it up for the night but it ruined our stay.

Clean rooms, quiet, wonderful breakfast all for US $60.Bathrooms are very nicely laid out with the sink in the middle the shower on one side and the toilet on the other. Breakfast is quite extensive with a good variety of Taiwanese dishes. Beds are firm and comfortable for a double room. You can walk from the train station in 3 mts. Night market is a 30 minute walk or 5 minutes by Taxi for NTD $120.

It is very close to train station (walking distance) and crossing the street it is a tourist bus station so we were able to take a half-day tour. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing that is less than ideal was the toilet - the space between it and the wall it faces is rather tight.

The facilities, amenities, and breakfast are all great. The location is also excellent - very close to the main bus terminal and train station but the surroundings are still pretty quiet.

Bathroom layout was a bit strange. No main door to the bathroom. Luckily we were a family, it might be awkward if you are staying there with others. There was a little bit of mould in the shower.

Location is very good. Right across from the train station and bus terminal to bring you to the city area and Taroko Gorge. Hotel is quite clean and well maintained. Breakfast has a large variety.

The process for checking in was fast, the room was very clean, beds were done neatly and very comfortable. They have good spread for buffet breakfast. As we needed to check out early on the 3rd day to catch the train, the front desk staff informed and helped us to order take away breakfast during the check in. The hotel is situated within 5 mins walk to the train station, very convenient for people who travel by train.

The air-conditioner can’t adjust to the comfortable temperature. Too cold… the smell of the room is a bit damp.

If the room can be more spacious, it will be perfect. Hotel may want to consider having a lounge to serve coffee and cakes. Although you have provided free bicycle, kindly do some check on flat tyre and maintain it at time. It is not easy to find a workshop to pump.

We went to Hualien for Giant Cycling Tour, but due to typhoon, the cycling tour was cancelled. The hotel allowed us to cancel remaining days and return to Taipei earlier. The Staff are very friendly and polite. Breakfast is quite well prepared, the hotel provide free 4 hours bicycles ride in town. The location is great, just opposite the Bus interchange. We should have travelled by Bus direct from Taipei airport instead of spending one day there. For our next visit, we will sure return to the same hotel again. Highly recommended.

One of the tea cup is apparently used and forgot to change, was replaced after calling the reception.
