How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

location is nice, close to public transportation, there are some nice restaurants around, japanese izakaya and chinese hot pot.

Staff was so-so. Not Really explaining everything, rooms weren't well ventilated. Guests smoked in the hallway and showers. But nothing the staff can do about

WiFi is advertised as high speed, but it’s nonexistent in the rooms. Only downstairs in the common area is the WiFi working. Rooms smelled & bathrooms too, other than that it was clean. The guests we had in the dorm were snoring, talking loud, putting on the lights in the middle of the night, and generally very inconsiderate. This isn’t the hostels fault, but still worth mentioning. Bring earplugs
It was clean, good location, good breakfast. Staff didn’t speak perfect English but always tried to help Breakfast is good, just toast with some salad, but there’s enough to go around. If it runs out, the lady working there will refill when asked

Curtains didn’t cover the bunk enough. Felt like I could be seen all night. Unlucky roommate situation (snoring). Nothing against the hostel itself it was just the time of year and certain people with us.
For a dormitory hostel it was super clean and well-organized. Breakfast was surprisingly fresh and the coffee was the best free hostel coffee I’ve ever had. Beds were super comfy and water pressure was great.

Due to some are late so its uncomfortable to others as sleep already so they disturb once someone come at late

unfortunately, i was stucked in a mixed dormitory where a guy next to my bed snore a lot like i barely slept.. you should bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise..but it's a shared room and the price is cheap so limit your expectation.

I couldn’t find charging spots! In the bed area, there is no plug or USB slots. The towel you pay 50 dollars for is a hand towel. Toilet smells a little bit but can make do.
Arranged instructions to check in as I was coming after their work hours. Instructions were clear. Good location. A simple breakfast provided with hot drinks available. Bed was comfy.

In the shared bathroom there are not enough light and mirrors- for girls it's a bit inconvenient. It would be nice to have a better mirror and lights for makeup. The shower room and is quite clean, but the air is not flowing can be really humid. Only 1 plug near the beds, which is okay, but uncomfortable for travellers.
Very comfortable beds, and nice common area, quite good shared bathroom. Okay breakfast- toast, butter, jam, salad.

The upper bunk bed lacked a proper handle, making it slightly inconvenient to climb up. There were some cockroaches in the bathroom. The curtain was white and too narrow, letting light through. Towels were not provided, although they could be rented for an additional fee.
The shared area = kitchen. The included breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of options such as juices, sandwiches, jam, peanut butter, cheese, ham, and more. There is a locker, lamp, a single power outlet, a hook and two hangers near the bed.

The toilet and bath room is not very friendly.

No rails to grab onto for upper bunk ladder, wifi did not reach room. Property could easily and cheaply add another modem or a repeater to get wifi to room, as it seemed to be a reach problem, not a capacity problem.

- breakfast is included, but it is very basic and not tasty. I only ate the toast and salad from it and bought extra things in the grocery store - I'd recommend adding more hand soap bottles in the bathroom, as most of the people I saw were leaving the toilet without washing their hands or just washing them with water (that's not the fault of the hostel, but it was extremely disgusting) - AC in the room was extremely strong I was freezing - the curtains don't fit the bunk beds (so you could see inside) plus the is no light blocking. - also I'd appreciate the stuff being nicer - if you arrive after check-out and before check-in, the building is closed with no possibility to ring a bell or something to notify the staff to leave the luggage. I was lucky one guest saw me and let me in.

The curtains for each pod were see through.
Great location next to the MRT station. Coffee machine was the best bit.

The beds are spacious, the bathroom is clean and they have a nice hangout room. The AC is nice and cold and the breakfast is nothing special but THEY HAVE FREE COFFEE

It’s clean and easy access through public transport. Book a double bed in dormitory. The bed is big enough to fit two adult male. Have a small cabinet at the bottom of capsule bed where you can lock your stuff, also a storage room in room where you can put your luggage.
