Air-conditioning can get warm at night even though it was set at 21 degrees. No windows, you may request from counter that you want windows, but it will be at the toilet due to building structure.

Because the service is so 👍, we extended the stay from 20 Oct till 24 Oct. It is very convenient to travel around Xinmending and the night market.

Some room air-conditioning needs to be improved. The bathroom will be better to have a rack as some travellers might be bringing their own toiletries due to personal reasons.

Dated. Carpet was dingy and dirty. Bathroom tiles were moldy. Towels (although clean) were tattered and had lots of holes. There was a kettle but only tea was provided. Instant coffee would have been nice.

Great location. It’s right in the Ximending area with lots of food options and shopping. It’s near Ximen station. Staff were pleasant.

Good location, just 5mins walk from MRT Ximen Station Exit 6, and bus stop right in front of the building. It's easy to walk to Ximending night market.

There is a 1-2 inches barrier at the entrance of the door. We had to heave our heavy wheeled suitcases over it. There are mould stains in the bathroom. Some of the sockets are broken.

When I first entered the room the air conditioner leaked, then the refrigerator inside was dirty. Then I asked to move rooms. Luckily the staff was very kind I was allowed to move to a better room, even though the hairdryer didn't work, and a lot of dust was clearly visible on the tv and table

The AC unit leaks and the water falls to the table, good thing I did not put anything important on the table. But it was minor leak I would say and I just put some tissue to soak up the water and it was fine.

I like that it's near the train station and the Ximending night market. The place is spacious and clean. The staff are very nice and accommodating.

I was surprised that the restaurant next to the hotel lobby is already closed due to the pandemic. I hope that in the near future, it will open again.

I really like the location, as this hotel is very adjacent to the walking street market of Ximen.

The bathroom has mildew. And sometimes our room smells cigarette bec. of the other rooms smoking and the hallways too sometimes smell cigarette smoke. I think they seldom vacumm the carperts.

the location sa superb! ximendeng area it is! very near to the MRT station and the happenings in Ximending. The room is pretty much good for the price. The staff was quick to answer all our inquiries, requests, everyday they change the towels

The floor/carpet needs more cleaning. The hotel itself needs some updating. We stayed here 4 years ago while it was still Diary of Ximen, it was OK.

Family room like a couple room. So limited space but comfortable. Not enjoy the view because cannot open the window.

Very good location. Easy access. All walking distance for shopping. Very closed ximending night market and all shopping complex. Near halal food, just walking around 8 minutes.
