Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

TurkeyI like it overall. It was decent. My only issue was bike renting part. The hostel helped us to rent our bikes but the break of my bike was not functioning properly and i had an accident. The bike place was not willing to cooperate and their attitude was hostile

ThailandCurtains are not thick and is in bright colour some part of the window does not have curtain so the light comes in early, but if you have eye shade or you love to wake up early it's ok. No heater.
Location opposite the Sun Moon Lake Bus Station!!! Hotel staff is very kind, he let us stay at first floor instead of 3rd floor that we booked because we have big luggages. :D

Australia- Rooms advertised with windows and natural light, the room we were given has two windows looking into the staircase which results in unpleasant lighting at night. - very poor sound insulation, not ideal for people who are light sleepers. -Bathroom drains stink real bad which wafts into the living space. -No bath towels provided. Not mentioned in the listing -Bed is hard as a rock and pillows are insufficient. - one of the most expensive accommodations we’ve stayed in across all of Taiwan for the least value unfortunately.
