Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The friendly staff and of course our private hot spring inside the room The quadruple room has a divider as shown in the photo and served like 2 rooms inside which was nice if you prefer division for privacy. 2 bathrooms as well and each bathroom has its own full sink, toilet bowl and hot spring tub.

Lovely little hotel. Private thermal hot tub outside the room was fantastic. Spotlessly clean, free coffee & bottled water available 24/7 in reception. We arrived by car the Hotel got us a space right outside. Free Shuttle Bus drops you into town if you need it but it's only 8 mins on foot. Perfect location easy walk to the hot spring and attractions. Didn't book breakfast there's a Starbucks & McDonald's and plenty of breakfast options in the town Fantastic value.

Hong Kongit's the second time I stayed here, no complaint :)
The room is neat and really clean, though the facilities are a bit old. What I love here the most is the friendliness of the staff here, they made the space feel really cozy and warm. Onsen is spacious in the room providing "white sulphur" water for both onsen and shower use.

TaiwanThe room and decor is a bit dated, but it didn't bother us at all. The tub was a little small for two people to stretch their legs out at the same time.
Staff was very accommodating and responded quickly to messages. They offer transportation to and from the MRT station. The hotspting water in the tub is perfect. The room was clean and provided all the basic amenities we needed. The room had interesting details like the japanese style wood and paper windows. Breakfast was porridge with a lot of toppings, very tasty if you like the Taiwanese style.
