Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Location was superb, few mins talking distance to TaoYuan night market and there were lots of local food stalls open til late midnight. Self-check in kiosk is available 24hours, check in process is fast and easy.

Walking distance from Taoyuan Night Market. I arrived after 6 PM, hence the check-in was using the machine and easy to use. The staff texted me on all the details via booking.com on how to go in the hotel and check-in process around 5.50 PM, which was useful. Clean room, clean towel, value for money.

SingaporeOne lady is rude and showed attitude and non customer service when we couldn't open the front door with password. They don't go to work on time when we needed assistance. There is no emergency contact number in the hotel when the toilet was chocked. I have to email to inform and also next morning to front receptionist. The dishes are tasty however only 4-5 types and I suggested variety like hash potatoes or dim sum. They say they have their own menu . It's not for guests who stay beyond 1 week. It's the same/ similar dishes every day.
The room is very nice and clean. The Aircon is strong and the bathroom is clean and shower water is good. The staff is nice enough to find out train schedule for us.

It was a great place to stay for a night. I just needed a place to stay before an early flight and it was a great location and clean. I arrived after the staff were done for the night so I used the electronic check in and it was perfect and fast!

I only go to breakfast mostly for coffee, and toasts eventually, since it is mostly Taiwanese, and i am french... who live in Taiwan..!! beside that, I used to work in a 4/5 stars hotels around the world, (no comparisons) but, this kind of hotels 3 stars is not expensive, very convenient, near the city , and near a 7-11 , near POYA, and a Pizzeria , and even the night market...!!!
