The convenience of hotspring tub in each room was the highlight of everything. My kiddos and I really enjoyed having a dip in the tub each night.

The restaurants did not meet the same standards as the rest of the hotel (quality was lower) and the price was too high for the quality we got The staff did not always meet the expected professionalism and kindness one would expect from a 5 star hotel. The customers wishes and needs should be a priority and this was not what we felt like.

I guess part of it's charm, that it is a little out of the way of Center City but nothing an Uber ride can't fix.

As strange as it sounds, the bathroom/spa @ this hotel is out of this world, it is feed by hot springs! The grounds & outside pools were very nice and so were the room size. The view of the city of TaiChung in the Day or at Night was wonderful since it was up on the hills!

Food in Chinese restaurant in a hotel very average. Other buffet restaurant much much better.

The room and outside garden were stunning. Highly recommended for a romantic weekend.

Reception didn’t feel like welcoming but the room attendants were all quite nice and helpful.

Very relaxing environment and I love that you have your own hot spring in the room so you can enjoy anytime. It is very clean and tidy. Staff will refill everything and clear the trash everyday of your stay.

They upgraded our room to sea view and It was soo cozy and the bed large and very good mattress. The staff spoke english well and was very accomodating. Dinner was surprisingly delightfull and tastefull. We can recommend this hotel.

Water pressure in the shower was way too weak. Soundproofing in the room was also really bad, had to call the front desk to get the guests next door to tone it down after midnight

It’s a bit far and away from the center of town. It’s not located in an area where you can just walk outside and find eateries around the neighborhood.

Room is big and clean. The property looks well maintained in the public areas. The staff is friendly. It feels like an oasis in midst of a city.

Both breakfast and dinner was spectacular. Their spa the best in the city as it has both indoor and outdoor pools. Loation in a quiet scenic area. Their zen garden with gold fish delightfull. Clean and comfortable room. We loved it so much that we came back for another stay at the end of our vacation.

The red LED lighting in the bedrooms is REALLY BAD!!! Can't be turned off or blocked out. The aircon, fridge and pipes were super noisy! Sadly pool was unavailable all morning in the best day and weather.

My stay was too short!

The food was a gastronomic delight and always well prepared. Overall the facility was fantastic, especially the garden area which was extremely beautiful, well-appointed, and serene. And the staff was great, very professional, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to bridge any language barriers and made notes to make certain I received any assistance I might need even between shifts. The rooms were relatively soundproof. I was directly over the spa area and only occasionally hear a muted laugh from the area below. The sound I did enjoy was the melodic sound of birds in the morning because it was in a forested area. The bathroom was phenomenal! The soaking tub connected to the hot springs over which the hotel was built. It was deep, relaxing, and long enough to float in, and had automatic privacy shades. The bidet was top-rate! The darkening shades on the window worked perfectly! Very large room. Didn't want to leave!
