The hotel staff were very hospitable and communicated fluently in English, making my stay even more enjoyable. They were very friendly and communicated in a kind and approachable way. The room was so clean. Everything was great! We really enjoyed our trip to Tainan, and the hotel was excellent.

Very quiet neighborhood with a park across the road. 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and 20-30 minutes to Old Anping area. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Tainan.

Quiet location in Anping, only 10 minutes walk away from a local night market and 15 minutes walk to the beach. Friendly reception always available for help and allowed us to store our luggage and call us a taxi. No breakfast but free coffee available.

Prices were very high for the weekend. Location was OK for us as we had our own car, but is a bit further from central areas which may be an issue if you are dependent on taxi or public transport

Price was way too high, the price set my expectations very high but the quality of the hotel was far lower than the price. Sound isolation was very bad, we could clearly hear people in the hallway, water in the pipes and a loud frog in a pond owned by the hotel outside. The room cleanliness was ok but should be better. There was dust on the chairs and small amount of mold in the shower. The door was very difficult to close and had to be pulled hard. The shower took a long time to start producing hot water. Breakfast was not included but should be at this price.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We got a free upgrade and had a perfect view from the balcony. The staff didn’t speak much English, but that was no problem at all since they were so friendly and forthcoming. The location was super close to the beach, temples and good restaurants. We would come again!

The room was wonderful and upon entry we were greeted by Eason who was super friendly and helpful. He gave us great information on what to do and where to go in Tainan as well as helped answer any questions we had right away! The bed was really comfortable and spacious, facilities were clean and worked well.

Google Maps is unreliable on the town and especially on the addresses in Tainan, but don't feel discouraged! The hotel is fully legit and exists on the address that booking gives you.

1/ Exceptional hosts, who go above and beyond their reach to make sure you feel comfortable during your stay, equip you with all necessary information on the town and take time to share their culture with you and get to know you more. 2/ The hotel is nicely maintained, rooms are huge and super comfortable.

- noise. Asked for a quiet room, got put next to a room with guests with kids even though noticed various rooms that looked non adjacent. Had a rude awakening hearing lots of running and exciting chatter. Some occasional corridor noise as if something heavy got dropped but not sure where it was coming from. - you wait about 5 to 10 min for shower water to warm up (was notified by reception that this would happen, though). The water goes up to lukewarm at best.

- close to Yuguang and pretty nice neighbourhood and playground - large room - good TV , WiFi - clean and tidy although carpet is dusty under the bed - nice reception - slippers, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, towels etc provided - decent price

Very nice place, walking distance to amping and all the sights in the area, the fella running it is very diligent and makes sure everything is great. The room we had was large and had a really nice balcony for morning coffee. This was the best place we stayed at in Taiwan to date and I would definitely go again if we are in the area
