Room is relatively dark since it’s big. Lights too dimmed, would prefer combination of white lights n warm lights than current.

The building itself and the room itself seems a tad old. Room needs better maintenance (e.g. car bed was cutted due to the rotating TV, toilet seat was not functioning, toilet bowl requires multiple flushing)

The car theme room was okay, good entertainment for kids. Had 2 separate TV and both has YouTube which allow the kids to watch what they wanted.

Stayed in the executive family suite, comfortably fit 2A,2C and 1 toddler. Spacious and clean room. 5-10 mins walk to Liuhe night market, has a decent noodles stall (锅烧面） right downstairs which was quite yummy

Personally, a bit too far (12mina walk) from Formosa Boulevard mrt station.

Stayed in a suite so huge space, pillow and bed were so comfortable and strong hot shower pressure. Had a great 2 nights rest in the hotel.

Very dark and dim room lighting both in the room and corridor. Creepy to walk along the corridor on your own as the lighting is really dim. Hard to do make up without properly lightings. Extra equipment in the room doesn’t work but was still left there.

Huge room with spacious living area. Room is separated from the living room. Huge bath tub. Hotel breakfast was fairly good.

Unfortunately one and only dryer broke down and couldnt get fixed over the 3 days we were there. And there is also only 1 washing machine. Carpet smells a bit and rooms and corridors could use some renovation to spruce up the place a bit else its a bit dated. Would be good to mention best way to get to hotel from metro is via exit 10 if pushing luggage with wheels as the pedestrian path is wide and flat; else other exits will end up on non existent walking paths and have to squeeze on side of road or through the narrow shoplots walkway.

Fairly good location, about 7 mins walk from exit 10 of Formosa Boulevard station. Breakfast spread was quite ok, bonus was free afternoon tea on daily basis. Very near to night markets ie 5 mins walking distance only.

I didn't like the carpet in the room. Also the room had a lot of unused space and felt a bit empty

Clean room in a very central area of Kaohsiung. Metro stations and the main train station are a 10 minute walk away

Unexpected surprise experience, booked a Deluxe Twin Suite Room but was given an Executive Family Suite. Staffs is friendly, location is 5 mins away from metro station.

There was no bell boy who will help you with your luggage (at least when we checked in yesterday evening). We had to diy with our luggage. It can be rather inconvenient if you have many pieces of luggage with young children and elderly.

The location is great, 5-10min ride away from taoyuan International airporr. The hotel can help arrange taxi to the airport at fixed rate of NTD 200. Buffet breakfast was good too.

Booked a deluxe suite and it was the best value for my money in Taiwan; great price; Huge suite (bedroom, living room, eating room, bathroom); tub in bathroom; good channels on TV; hot shower; amazing breakfast; self-use laundry machine in hotel; gave evening treats for free; friendly and amazing staff; location close to two metro stops.
