The hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were always on hand to help, and the free shuttle service was convenient. The location of the hotel is also great, only a short walk to the red line, and very close to the Raohe night market. My only points when it comes to improvement are that the bathroom lighting is quite dim, and it was hard to see clearly in the large mirror, so I had to use a small side mirror with a ring light, and the bathrobe was quite small and didn’t fit, but these are minor. I’d gladly stay here again next time I’m in Kaohsiung!

Awesome 5-star hotel we stayed in Kaohsiung during this trip. Privat pick-up service, good space bathroom, comfy bed, good breakfast options, kid friendly, warm welcoming staffs and rooftop pool/ bar. Definitely will come back!

Absolutely nothing!

I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights in November. This hotel was actually recommended by my sister who stayed here a couple months prior and she loved it so much she insisted I stay here as well. I'm so glad I did. H20 exceeded my expectations. Extremely friendly and professional staff. They also helped shuttle us to the high speed rail station. The shuttle is a private van where we were the only passengers. There's also shuttle service for them to pick up H20 customers from the HSR station as well. Even better this service is free to H20 customers! Our room was spacious and very clean. We booked the package that included a free breakfast. The food was delicious. Included both Western and Asian cuisines. You had the option to grab food from the buffet bar or you can request chefs to make specific dishes that the staff will bring directly to your table (including dishes like french toast, abalone congee, steak, etc). It was truly a memorable and outstanding experience, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future when I'm in Kaohsiung.

Breakfast is a bit random for a westerner takes a couple of goes to get a reasonable choice. Machine coffee is average. Reception is on the 20th floor for some reason!

The rooftop swimming pool’s clear wall is more for looks than serious swimming. We also found the lighting throughout the hotel was really dim, especially in our room and the hallways. The coffee could be improved in the breakfast buffet, especially when Taiwan is so renowned for great coffee generally.

Clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff, and very good value for money. The location is convenient for public transport. The buffet breakfast was really nice, too, with lots of vegan-friendly options. We also took advantage of the discount coupon for cocktails at the rooftop bar.

The hallway is a bit dark for me. But it is personal as I have preference for bright and lit-up room and hallway. Not at all a problem of the hotel. Bed is too soft for me. Again, this is personal preference.

Very very good breakfast, especially the dishes made on request. Nice roof-top swimming pool (6:30~19:00). Staffs are nice and helpful. Personalized pick-up and transport from/to high-speed train station.

Hotel location is great. There is 7-11 convenience store nearby, at the end of the street is a massage place to visit. About 5-7min away from the nearest metro station, easy access to every where in the city. There is also free shuttle service from Zuoying High speed train station to the hotel (reservation needed). Staff were very friendly and helpful during the accident happened during the stay.

Everything is very new and clean but the design in hotel corridor is too dark and elevator area as well . Feels insecure.

There has too less international charge socket in the room. Most are only for Taiwanese sockets, should be upgraded.

The location is very strategic and near enough to Love River. The staff is very helpful especially when typhoon happened they give us late check out and update the weather condition. The room is very clean and comfortable.

Pool only opens to 7pm; I didn't particularly appreciate how we were given access to the lounge for enough entry times, but when we brought our friends to hang out there, they told us it was for hotel guests only. What's the point of the lounge if I cannot bring my guests to properly chat with them? I also don't see there are options for meeting rooms as a facility. If the hotel does not like outside guests, they need to make it clear to the guests staying at this hotel, that the lounge is for paying guests ONLY.

The breakfast was pretty nice. It opened till 11am so we didn't have to wake up super early for breakfast. Our package comes with welcome drinks on the rooftop and access to the lounge, those were nice too. The beds were comfortable. When booking the shuttle service, we were quite impressed that they picked us up at the HSR platform, outside our car. We felt pretty spoiled. Really appreciate the pick-up service.

The rooms were immaculate and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The attention to detail in the room’s amenities was evident and added to the overall experience. The food at H2O Hotel was absolutely mouth-watering. Each meal was a delightful journey for our taste buds, showcasing a variety of exquisite dishes. The pool bar at H2O is an exceptional spot, embodying a sense of elegance and class. Although we received coupons for the pool bar, we found ourselves enjoying the ambiance so much that we didn’t even use them. A testament to their outstanding service was when I realized, after arriving in Taipei, that I had accidentally left a favorite T-shirt in my room’s wardrobe. The hotel staff promptly called me and graciously offered to send it to Taipei. This gesture truly exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction and their attention to detail.
