One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. I stayed for 8 nights for work and felt so at home - rare for such a long work stay. The staff were so lovely and helpful.

So much space, both the room and the bathroom. Lobby and hallways wide and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the coffee vouchers and happy hour!

Breakfast had too little selection and repetitive buffet items. As such, we didn't have much choices especially when travelling with young kids. The bed and pillows were really soft so not to our liking.

Service at hotel was really good and staff were always helpful to provide assistance and suggestions on locations or restaurants we wanted to explore. Location was great and walking distance to Taipei 101, train station, 7-11s/Family Marts and shopping malls. Super convenient!

The pillows were too soft.

I loved the laundry options that can be used by using your room key versus worrying about having to carry coins or get change. The kitchenette was a nice touch since we stayed for 6 days. Also, got to take advantage of the happy hour daily from 7-9PM.

Nothing, Hanns House exceeded my expectations.

Exceptional staff, with some of the best service from front desk, concierge to housekeeping, staff who genuinely care. Very well thought out and beautifully designed interiors, bedding and furniture with an amazing view of Taipei 101. It feels like staying at a very wealthy person’s home in the heart of Xinyi. An excellent gym, very well appointed with great equipment. Amazing bathroom mirror and lighting. Free bottled water and snacks. Perfect location close to Taipei Town Hall and walking distance to everything Xinyi has to offer.

Pillows too soft/smushy No robes Needed to ask for more hangers, not very much storage space for clothes (I stayed 7 nights) Did not find staff particularly friendly, more just efficient but lacking warmth- e.g. at check out, no one asked if we enjoyed our stay

Convenient location near MRT and walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, shops as attractions. Nice view of Taipei 101. Cafe in the lobby has good espresso. Happy hour daily 7-9pm was great - unlimited free wine/beer/scotch + nuts. Laundry facilities and kitchenette in room were very handy, especially for longer stays. Laundry is great as it is cheap and charged to your room (no need for cash). Gym is very clean and spacious. Room is bigger than most comparable hotels.
