Location isn't ideal, but if you have to be in New Taipei it's fine of course. MRT is close by so no problem.

The capsules are very nicely designed, with all you need. Clear instructions for late arrivals.

i was not assigned a locker and was supposed to keep all my things either in my capsule or just outside of it. it’s an ok solution given that there’s plenty of empty space in the rooms but an heads up would have been nice.

Thoughtful idea to play nonstop music in the shared toilet. Overall hostel is clean, spacious＆comfortable. Near to metro ststion & night Market.

There were seven shower room, but we could use just three of them. And one of three rooms didn’t have door.

The room has enough space and enough clean. The staffs were kind.

A lot of complicated procedures had to be explained. Everything extra costs extra money. The bed was a bit hard.

The capsule was very comfortable and even though we were 4 people in one room, it felt like I was having my own room. Shower and bath was okay. The price was extremely cheap for Taipei. Very close to MRT and close to the river park.

During our first night, at 7 a.m., we were awakened by the fire alarm, which really scared us (it turned out to be a false alarm, but we were evacuated). The staff still hadn't arrived, which made it difficult to understand what we were supposed to do (the alarm was only in Chinese). I know it's not the staff's fault per se but I heard that this is not the first time this has happened, so maybe it would be better to fix the issue

The place is very clean, toilets have always a nice smell. The location is pretty good, as the subway is 1 minute away from the hotel. They also offers some goods like towels and stuff like this, which is pretty useful.

The Hostel was amazing! I loved how easy everything was and it was situated close to the city as well, with good connection to the MRT.

The hostel desperately needs a comprehensive revamp and maintenance. However most of the amenities were fully functional, their condition had something to desire: Several signs are conveniently replaced with A4 papers, bathroom is full of limescale, showerhead is leaking, the little safe in the pod doesn't work anymore and now the paper covering the remnants only says "Watch your belongings." Marks of moderate to heavy wear can be found everywhere. I really hope this place can get some investment, because I kept thinking: "Now stuff still work, but will it also work the next time I come." I would be sad if this hostel goes out of business and hope it could do better!

I still think it's one of the coolest, most interesting hostel in Taipei. Pods are comfy and well-equipped.

It could be great if they could provide sandal for every occupant so guess not wearing their shoes inside the room. It left very strong odor.

Everything is so clean here, from the capsule to the toilet. And everything is so convenient. They will provide you basket to put your shower neccessities and also the bathroom is designed with a lot of place to put your stuff. They also provide locker with lock.

Room light too bright to sleep (You should pull out the card) Air Pipes too noisy, can't sleep (There are free ear-plugs at the lobby, but they are cheap imitations of 3M product. It hurts your ears.) Do not recommend for those who are sensitive to sleep. If you have to, I highly recommend bringing your own eye patchs and ear-plugs.

Bathroom could be cleaned more often. There were flies in the bathroom for the two weeks I stayed, as well as a (single) roach. Bed compartment was reasonably clean, but could do with a vacuum in the corner under the mattress. Partly dusty. Not really cozy.

Cheep, easy to access via subway, fellow guests were friendly. No eating allowed outside the lobby is a good way to avoid pests.
