The only thing I would say to improve is that it doesn't have any refrigerator or frigobar, and this could help a lot.

This place is really good. It's super big, comfortable, and close to many places. You wont see anyone and will coordinate the arrival by message.

Changing to slippers already at the ground floor seemed rather premature...why not at the room? We were expected to put out our own rubbish, but no extra bags were provided, so we just accumulated it for 5 nights. Air-conditioning was a little slow to get going...but it got to the temperature in the end.

Room was very spacious and clean, and it was on a direct line to the train station although not quite as close as expected. Price was great for the quality.

Everything was great, would only suggest another bedside table and some more space to hang clothes (useful when you are staying a few days). There is quite a lot of noise from traffic, which was ok for us but may bother others.

Super clean and comfortable place to stay. Huge room which suited us well as travelers on a long trip. Our previous hotel was horrible and we had to leave, and Chloe responded at the last minute so we could stay at ioio. It was such a relief to come to such a clean and spacious place after a stressful afternoon.

There's only one room for each floor, and the room was very spacious and clean! The location was really good as well, just a 5-minute walking distance from the Tainan train station. Highly recommended.

Nothing to complain about but if there is anything that I must point out there will be no laundry machine in this homestay. If the owner could provide washing machine in this homestay will be perfect . But actually coin laundry shop is not too far away from homestay，it is about6-7mins walk.

The room is very big and the bed is very comfortable. Location is perfect ,only 6mins to Tainan train station and this homestay very close to Tainan bus terminal and famous beef soup restaurant. Additionally,the shampoo and body soup are great,love the smell very much.

There's no front desk. It's like an airbnb without a kitchen and refrigerator. Half the room is empty, they should have at least a mini fridge. If you have to check in early it's a problem since there's nobody to talk to. Tainan doesn't offer much. It's probably better to daytrip from Kaohsiung where you can find cheaper accommodation.

Room is very very big. Big enough for my kids to run around inside the house. Aircon is turned on before we arrive. This is definitely one of the best place we stayed at in Taiwan. The place is near a few eateries so food is not a problem. Staff is very helpful too!

poor phonic isolation. you can hear everything on the streets all night long. there is also a shop across the street with powerful yellow light, but this is not that a big of a problem (as noise is) because curtains help.

Bathroom has smelly drain. The balcony is so big but we didn’t use it because it’s hot outside. The price in summer vacation for the room on 6th floor is kind of too high.

We can hear clearly the noise right outside the window at night, kinda annoy our sleep. The AC remote is hard to use as we couldn't find a way to turn it off at night. Parking is tricky.

Size of the room is bigger than I expected (really bigger than other places I could find in Taiwan). Cute decor with lots of amenities requested upon arrival. No daily make up room. Good AC, tv and especially the shower gel smells really good. Definitely will come again next time.
