One (very small) inconvenience was that they did not provide any handsoap in the bathroom. This however did not overshadow my stay :)

A place you will keep visiting when you travel to CiaYi. Caiyi is a samll city and crowded, so if you stay here you can visit else sightseeing spots convinently. not only their room price is quiet reasonable but they provide fresh and delicious chinses style breakfast. This is a great bonus. All you can eat and all you can drink. Have it and you will thanks God.

My balcony view is not as good as expected, however. In addition, there would be wonderful to renew some towels.

It is a good choice for budgeted travellers. The Front desk service is so helpful, my room is big and cosy, and the breakfast is good. You will have a lot choices of local cuisines around 100m.

Weird decision not to provide hands towels. Balcony useless, goes directly against a concrete wall with dozens of ac units.

The room with small balcony meet our needs, it was comfortable, a good bed, and quiet. It had plenty of space to spread our gear out. The Breakfast selection provided each day was tasty and well set out. The reception/ lounge area has been tasteful decorated with fun lamps. The staff were helpful arranging taxis.

Lack of hand and foot towels. Music in the hallways was nice, but a little loud if your room was near the speakers and would play early and late in the evening. Nice attempt with bedroom decor, but the fabric hanging from ceilings was in the way and lights above the bed not working made the room very dark.

The duvet for the double bed was very small, it was probably a single duvet. When we asked the front desk they said that that's their standard size, even if in some pictures they have bigger duvets. We asked if due to the small duvet we could get another one, but this is only possible for an extra 150ntd fee (which we paid as the duvet was far too small for 2 adults to share). Breakfast is split in 2 rounds, 7-8.30 and 8.30-10, which are assigned at check-in and you do not seem to have any control about which you get. For short term stays they do not clean the room daily. Which is fine but maybe something to keep in mind. The bathroom is an open concept so the sink area is in the main room.

Check-in time is rather late at 4pm. They won't let us check in earlier and end up waiting in the lobby for over 2hrs+. Need more hangers.

Atmosphere was nice. Not noisy and breakfast while small range, was decent and nice. 2 pillows per person l. Bathroom was clean. Will book again if I ever come back

I didn't like that when you need them to clean the room, you will need to leave both key cards to the front desk. Furthermore, their cleaning only involves emptying the trash and replenishing the supplies that you used. It will be preferred if they actually clean the room.

I like that the location is convenient and the room is clean. The bed is comfortable.

The room is spacious, clean, little street noise. The odd part is the bathroom sink in the room, not in the bathroom. Breakfast is very good (typical Taiwanese cuisine, not Western), there are 10+ warm options available and some dishes change daily. Apparently the breakfast is served in 2 sessions: 7am-8:30am and 8:30am-10am. I have been assigned the latter session during the check-in.
